You will find in this flat light, peace and comfort. you will be in 15 minutes of the Effeil tower and 20 minutes of Champs Elysées by the subway which is in 3 minutes on foot. Boulogne is a city of art and histoiry, having architectural special heritage of the thirties and a museum over the same remarkable period. You will find restaurents of quality, cinema, comercial center and sports instalations of first plan, green areas there nearby shall allow you to make your jogging. The stadium of Roland Garros is located in 10 minutes on foot.

Located between two metro lines, this very functional apartment has all the shops at the foot of the building. A large balcony overlooking a quiet courtyard completes it. Parking spaces are also present in the courtyard of the residence but in a limited number therefore reserved for the first arrival.
