In the heart of the peaceful village of Appleby Magna is our converted loft apartment. It has its own small, fenced garden and patio with off-street parking. Well-equipped with Wifi, smart TV, gas hob, electric oven and fridge. There is one bedroom with king-sized bed and an additional sofa bed in the living area. Ground floor lobby and shower room. Quiet village location in the National Forest within a mile of the M42 junction providing easy access to Birmingham and the East Midlands.

A master bedroom with super king bed and en-suite the second bedroom has an option of super king bed or 2 singles and a beautiful full bathroom with roll top bath and shower.

Situated just outside of Twycross, Leicestershire. The Shepherds hut is isolated in its own part of the countryside. Completely private and surrounded by nothing but field and nature. The luxurious hut is fully equipped with kitchenette, bathroom, mains power and water along with a log burner and heated flooring. Outside a fire pit ,seating area and a wood burning hot tub awaits and is the perfect spot for you to enjoy the stunning view and sunsets. No pets Adults only

Just leave the house and a short walk takes you directly into the forest where you will find numerous trails where you can discover nature at its best. Close to the M1 and M42 making for easy access to the peak district and Alton Towers(1hour) and Bardon hill, Sence park, Thornton Resevoir, Market bosworth and conkers, are all nearby
