We enjoyed the place very much and it met our needs nicely. It's a relaxing location and was nice to come back to the house after Yosemite adventures during the day.

This place was a great little private place. There’s neighbors near by, but you have enough privacy. My husband and I were looking for a small great getaway and this place was it. Plus, you had a jacuzzi, which unfortunately we didn’t not have the chance to use, but I would have loved to experience under the stars. The complimentary wine was delicious. Michael was a great help in giving recommendations. I would definitely stay here again! All I have to say is couples book it, don’t think about it!

Cabin is perfectly located, very close to town with lots of restaurants and stores, and very convenient for daily travel to Yosemite! The cabin is clean and has everything one might need to stay for a while. Very satisfied with the stay!

We recently enjoyed a wonderful short stay at an Airbnb near Yosemite National Park and had an amazing experience. The home featured three spacious king-size bedrooms, making it perfect for our group to relax comfortably after days spent exploring the park. The location was ideal-close enough to Yosemite to make day trips easy, yet peaceful and close to market area.

This is our second stay at this beautiful, comfortable home. Each time on the day we leave, I’m already wanting to plan when we’ll be back! It was a joy to share this magical place with my extended family this time. We enjoyed time by the fire pit, dining on the gorgeous deck, and hitting the hot tub after long hikes. Plus we were visited by two beautiful deer who came right up to the fence line to nibble on some grass. An amazing spot—we can’t wait to return again!

The Blue Door cabin was an awesome spot for our overnight trip to Yosemite. It was close enough to the park, especially because we wanted to go to Mariposa Grove the morning we checked out and it was only thirty minutes away. The accommodation was clean, free of clutter, and had everything we needed. Instructions were posted around the cabin to help us with heating, trash, etc. and they had local food recommendations posted by the front door. It was easy to get in and easy to figure out. The rooms were spacious and the beds were very comfortable. I’m sure the couch would have been great to sleep on as well if we had more people. I would definitely stay again. Couldn’t recommend highly enough. Perfect for families and our 5 and 3 year olds had an absolute blast with all the games, activities and kid friendly everything! It was perfect!

Place is as advertised. Cleaner than almost all AirBnbs in the area. Host is responsive. Location is quite and convenient. The kitchen is well stocked with supplies, so you won't get starved even if you forget to bring everything. Note. Some practical information to future renters. There is no street light, so finding the place after dark is challenging. The driveway, the only available parking area, is slanted, so be extra careful during snow days.

Our week-long stay this April was absolutely perfect, largely thanks to our outstanding host. They were exceptionally friendly, incredibly responsive (often replying within minutes!), and proactively reached out to ensure everything was fine. Their thoughtfulness regarding guest needs and flexibility with arrangements were greatly appreciated. We loved the complimentary coffee selection and tasty snacks – a very nice, welcoming touch! The property itself was sparkling clean and offered profound quiet. Nestled deep within a serene, peaceful forest, it felt like a true escape from the noise and bustle of the nearby town, providing exactly the tranquil atmosphere we desired. The vibe was calm and welcoming. Just a heads-up for future guests: if you plan to use the sofa bed, remember to request it specifically when booking, as it needs to be set up by the host. We highly recommend this tranquil forest gem for a truly relaxing and restorative retreat!

This cabin was by far our favorite! It was absolutely perfect for a family and it was so well laid out, and every extra touch was noticed by us, to include the decorated Christmas tree and the doggy treats. The nursery room was by far the biggest hit, our son did not want to leave and was so excited for the toys and his own space. It was just all around the perfect cabin. The backyard was absolutely gorgeous and everything was close by. Thank you so so much for having us, this cabin allowed us a really great family getaway.

Eddie and Michelle’s place was great! They are very responsive to all of our enquires and the cabin has everything we needed and more, and is very clean. We had a small issue with the string lights around the house due to previous tenants fiddling with it, but it was solved quickly with Eddie and Michelle’s help. Overall it has been a great place to stay near Yosemite :) We recommend Eddie and Michelle’s cabin if you are planning a visit!

My wife and I have stayed in a lot of airbnbs and this by far is the best we’ve ever stayed in. It was spotless, smelled clean, had a fully functional kitchen, had the most comfortable beds, and the views from out the windows is something we’ll never forget. We stayed for a month and we had everything we needed to feel right at home. The home is less than 5 minutes from the grocery store and other restaurants in town so it made getting around very easy. We both work from home and had no issue with WiFi speeds. The proximity to Yosemite is also a huge plus! You’re about 30 minutes from the gate. Can’t recommend this place enough to someone wanting a quiet and comfortable home to come back to after a long day of hiking.

We are a family of 4 (kids 10-14 y.o.). We had rain voor two days. Jacuzzi was so great! watching stars in the night. This beautiful sight is great to see in any weather. The carpet fibre and beautiful interior hugs your senses and makes you feel right at home. It is the end of april, we were surprised to see Yosemite National Park covered in snow. Miraculous. This house to stay in is magical! We felt like superstars. We saw a Bobcat, deer, different kinds of birds of pray, even a turtle. Absolutely lovely. And the owner was available for all questions we had, about the animals we saw for example. lovely, i strongly recommend this!

This cabin is everything we hoped for and more! Nestled in a peaceful, scenic location, it felt like a little slice of paradise. The interior is beautifully decorated—cozy, clean, and full of charm. We loved the fireplace, the comfy beds, and the little touches. Waking up to the view each morning was unreal. Sam was friendly, responsive, and made sure we had everything we needed. Perfect for a quiet retreat—we’ll definitely be back!

The hosts were great i loved our stay it was a great getaway for the winter. The wood burning stove kept the whole cabin warm. The hosts even decorated the cabin for me and my girls valentines day.

This unit was a lovely place for us to rest our heads after a long day in Yosemite. Very close to oakhurst, it’s a conveniently located unit for any couple looking to visit the area!

Kory and Laura’s place is perfect if you are visiting Yosemite. Super close to the south entrance. The cabin has everything you need, we were impressed with how well equipped the kitchen was ! Vitamix and every single thing you would think of. The beds are all super comfy, having your own mini split in each room is amazing. Be aware you can’t actually make a fire in the fireplace because of wildfires but there is a propane fire pit outside that works great. The place is beautiful and the hikes around the area are worth exploring. Thank you!

The cabin was very cozy and it was a great house to stay in for the weekend! It was very clean and peaceful but also had all the essentials we needed. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a place to relax and be close to Shaver lake.
