Betty's is an ideal destination for family and friends to enjoy a year round staycation. Hamperley and the Church Stretton area offer some of the best walking and cycling in the country, with breath taking views and numerous places to explore. From castles, cafes and carveries; to hills, horses and hang-gliding there is something for everyone.

Stable house with Stunning Views

Peaceful getaway in the rural hills of Shropshire, this oak-framed stable conversion is close to beautiful towns like Church Stretton, Ludlow and Bishops Castle. In the picturesque hamlet of Minton, it has 2 bedrooms and sleeps 4 (+2 extra pull out beds if needed), and is equipped with a log woodburner for cosy evenings. Offering direct access onto the Long Mynd, with its incredible scenery, walks, bike rides and pubs, this really is the perfect place for couples, families and groups alike.

Enchmarsh Farm barn

Small barn in the midst of a working Dairy and sheep farm right next to our home with fabulous walks all around. Double bed with small shower room and mini kitchen area in the corner of the room. Ideal as walking base or base when working in the area. Good parking just outside the barn - vehicles can be left whilst you walk the glorious hills around. Cooked breakfast available in the dining room in the farmhouse for £10 per person - includes the choice of sausage, bacon, eggs etc.

Welcome to Blackberry, which sits in the grounds of Harp Farm in the South Shropshire hills, a chequerboard landscape of field and forest, with an abundance of walks on the doorstep. The historic market town of Ludlow is just a short drive away with it's mighty castle, pubs, bars, restaurants and shops. Our nearest pub is The Tally Ho, which has just been awarded Shropshire pub of the year and it's just 1 mile away, serving great beer and probably the finest food in the area.

Idyllic retreat set in the grounds of a 17th Century thatched cottage. Private and isolated, no traffic noise ! Set within the Corvedale with Historic Ludlow a 4 mile drive away. Buzzards and red kites circle overhead. Fabulous, unspoilt views of Clee hill, Brown Clee and Flounders folly. Church Stretton and the Long Mynd is a 20 minute drive away. The Garden House

Relax in our garden house in rural Shropshire. You'll be greeted by curious cats and chickens...and probably Allan and me. There's some fabulous walks, a lovely local and some pretty market towns all within easy reach. There's lots of interesting CDs to to play, is all we ask is that you return the CD to its case and to the appropriate place in the shelf.

The Hoot - Cosy Shepherds Hut

Our Shepherds Hut has tea making facilities, table & chairs, double bed with mattress and bed linen provided at extra cost if needed. We have a picnic table outside with a fire pit for those chillier nights. Shower and toilet are a short distance away.
