The beautiful scenery of the national park opens up in every direction from the windows of the house. Outdoor trails start right from the front door! Relax in the gentle steam of a traditional Finnish sauna, and soak in a hot tub under the starry sky (new clean water for every guest - also in winter). Children will enjoy the large yard with a playhouse, trampoline, swing and yard toys. The villa is located 39 kilometers from Helsinki Airport and 36 kilometers from the center of Helsinki.

Excellent log house with a sauna in Lahemaa!

My private handmade log house is just a few hundred meters from the shore of Hara bay, within the heart of Lahemaa National Park, surrounded by wild fauna and flora. It is an amazing sanctuary for anyone to relax and enjoy, the perfect paradise for a fun, quiet, or romantic getaway, that no one wouldn’t regret. Feel the breeze, smell the pines, listen to the birdsong, or if you are looking for a more active vacation, you can find several outstanding sights, which are just a short drive away.

Within a 40min drive from Helsinki, Katve Nature Retreat is our family-owned hideout surrounded by clean and quiet nature and ashore a beautiful freshwater lake. We are also located just a few km from the sea and archipelago with great hiking and paddling opportunities. The Kaisla Cabin is one of our 4 cozy cabins (two cabins semidetached) each with a private sauna. By the lake you'll find an outdoor fireplace and a summer kitchen perfect for cooking by the fire and enjoying the sunsets.

Terassilta voit ihailla järvimaisemaa tai metsän elämää. Sauna on aivan rannan tuntumassa, veneellä tai sub-laudalla voit lähteä soutelemaan tai kalastelemaan. Talvisinkin pääsee aina uimaan. Tervetuloa suomalaisen onnellisuuden ytimeen: puhtaaseen luontoon, raikkaaseen ilmaan ja hiljaisuuteen, unohtamatta saunaa. Tässä ainutlaatuisessa ja rauhallisessa lomakohteessa on helppo rentoutua. Mökki sijaitsee taloni pihapiirissä. Ikkunoista näkyy meri ja ranta, mistä pääsee melomaan tai suppailemaan saaristoon ja Porvoon joelle. Ranta on matala. Uimiseen sopii parhaiten lähistöllä sijaitseva puhdasvetinen lampi. Alue on luonnonsuojelualue ja sopii hyvin luontoihmisille.

Lohjaoja holiday home is located in Lahemaa, surrounded by sea, old port, forest, stream and a lake. When booking our cozy home, you'll also have a beautiful sauna house, combined with a big terrace. In summer you can go bicycling or hiking to discover all nearby places, you can pick berries and mushrooms from the forest. In the sauna house, there’s everything available for a good barbecue. In winter you can go skiing on the sea, enjoy the sauna and jump into snow :)
