Από το διαμέρισμα σε 10 λεπτά υπάρχει η όμορφη αμμώδης παραλία της Σητείας. Το σπίτι διαθέτει όλο τον απαραίτητο εξοπλισμό για μία διαμονή εύκολη και άνετη ενώ τα σούπερ μάρκετ και όλα τα καταστήματα της κεντρικής αγοράς απέχουν μόνο δέκα λεπτά!
