Das voll ausgestattete Haus für bis zu 6 Personen liegt in der Nähe der Dörfer Skepasti (ca. 500m) und Panormo (ca. 2km), umgeben von kleinen Hügeln mit atemberaubendem Ausblick auf das Ida-Gebirge. Die Innenfläche beläuft sich auf 136m2, mit offener Küche, gemütlichem Wohn- und Esszimmer, 3 Schlafzimmern, 2 Bädern mit WC (1 mit Dusche, 1 mit Badewanne), Waschmaschine und Trockner, sowie modernem Fitnessraum (30m2) und WIFI Internet-Verbindung. Ein Schlafzimmer ist mit einem Doppelbett ausgestattet (160x200cm), während die beiden anderen über je 2 Einzelbetten verfügen, die auf Anfrage als Doppelbett arrangiert werden können. Alle 3 Schlafzimmer haben Veranda und Klimaanlage. Im Wohnzimmer befinden sich bequeme Sofas und Satellitenfernsehen, wobei die offene Küche mit allem Nötigen ausgestattet ist, u.a. Kaffeemaschine, Wasserkocher, Toaster, Entsafter. Im Außenbereich haben Sie ausreichend Platz zum Entspannen, Sonnenbaden, um im Süßwasserpool (43m2) zu schwimmen, der auch einen Whirlpool hat. Die jüngeren Gäste werden sich über den separaten Kinderteil des Pools freuen, der flacher ist. Außerdem stehen auch Sonnenliegen und –schirme zur Verfügung. Die Grillanlage neben dem Pool lädt ein, den Tag mit einem lockeren Abendessen in ruhiger, privater Atmosphäre ausklingen zu lassen. Für das Auto gibt es einen überdachten Parkplatz auf dem Grundstück. Das Tor öffnet mit Fernbedienung und auch das Haus verfügt über Alarmanlage.
