Casa Lavere' - Un'oasi di natura e autenticità

Nel verde di Valle d'Istria si trova questa affascinante casa in affitto. Costruita secondo lo stile tradizionale, combina elementi rustici e moderni dando un ambiente unico e accogliente. A soli 300 metri dal paese, offre un'oasi di pace e relax. Progettata per ospitare quattro persone, è ideale per famiglie o piccoli gruppi di amici. Vicine piste ciclabili e spiagge a soli 5 km, ristoranti e negozi si trovano a 500 metri. Questa casa offre un'esperienza di vacanza completa e soddisfacente.

Casa Molá

Dieses einzigartige Haus hat seinen ganz eigenen Stil und wurde erst 2024 aus einem alten istrischen Steinhaus aus dem Jahr 1926 renoviert. Für den Sommer 2025 wird das Haus mit einem atemberaubenden Pool ausgestattet, der mit schwarzen Fliesen umrandet ist und an allen vier Seiten überläuft. Casa Molá befindet sich in einer ruhigen Gegend, die größtenteils von Natur umgeben ist. Der örtliche natürliche Kieselstrand ist in nur 10 Gehminuten durch einen Kiefernwald erreichbar.

Ravni is a small resort near the sea. Apartment is in the family house Bellevue , about 500 m to the sea. Tranquility and peaceful atmosphere specially off the high season, will provide with nice and restful stay. There are a couple of restaurants ,and a dog beach for your pet to enjoy with you, also a small shop. For all other shopping or visiting cultural sights , Labin about 12 km away. For those who like walking , you will enjoy it. Sea is very clear, lovely blue colour.
