Über wenige Stufen gelangen Sie durch einen eleganten Steinbogen in die voll ausgestattete offene Küche mit großem Esstisch, geräumigem Kühl-/Gefrierschrank, Geschirrspüler, Mikrowelle, Espressomaschine und allen modernen Küchengeräten. Angrenzend an die Küche finden Sie ein Gäste-WC und einen Hauswirtschaftsraum mit Waschmaschine. Weiterhin bietet das Erdgeschoss drei Schlafzimmer, zwei davon mit Doppelbetten und das dritte mit zwei Einzelbetten, jeweils mit eigenem Badezimmer. Von der Küche aus gelangen Sie auf die Veranda mit Gartenmöbeln, einem großen Steinsofa und einem gemauerten Grill mit traditionellem Backofen. Im Obergeschoss befinden sich drei weitere Schlafzimmer, zwei mit Doppelbetten und eines mit zwei Einzelbetten, alle mit eigenem Bad. Jedes Schlafzimmer ist individuell klimatisiert und mit einem Smart-TV ausgestattet. Die gesamte Villa verfügt über schnelles WLAN. Im Dorf Skouloufia finden Sie zwei traditionelle Tavernen, ein klassisches Kafenion und einen Minimarkt. Der nächste Supermarkt und der Sandstrand von Stavromenos liegen etwa 8 Kilometer entfernt. Ein absolutes Muss ist die archäologische Stätte des antiken Dorfes Eleftherna (4 km), die eine der international bedeutendsten Ausgrabungsstätten und archäologischen Museen beherbergt. Ebenfalls sehr empfehlenswert ist das berühmte Kloster Arkadi (8 km) mit seinen wunderschön restaurierten Gebäuden und dem Museum. Ein Auto ist unerlässlich, um die Umgebung zu erkunden.
