Welcome to my summer house! The house is at the end of the road to Pefkos beach, and is only a breath away from its crystal clear waters. The view form the front, shaded porch, is unique at all times of the day, while the house has two bedrooms with comfortable bedrooms, a living room with a sofa-bed, a full bathroom and a fully equipped kitchen that guarantees your comfort during the ypur stay there. We are waiting for you!

Pefkos-Haus Bougainvillea mit Pool

Haus Bougainvillea mit den hellblauen Fensterläden bietet 2 Personen großzügig Platz, allerdings ist die Unterbringung eines Kindes möglich. Hierfür würden wir ein Zustellbett bereitstellen. Es hat 40m2 und ist ein großer Raum mit einem Doppelbett, Bad mit WC, einer offenen Küche (Kühlschrank und Kochgelegenheit) und Terasse.(25 Μ2) mit Blick auf das Meer und Evoia. Der Blick ist teilweise eingeschraenkt durch Haus Pelagos.

Our beautiful property is right next to the beach with a stunning ocean view. The entire house apartment for rent ,has a living area of 110m² big with an additional 65m² of terraces. There are two master bedrooms, one gallery bedroom with double beds and a small room with a single bed. Additionally there are two single sofa beds in the living room. The kitchen comes fully equipped and there are two bathrooms.

Σκυριανό παραδοσιακό σπίτι ιδανικό για ξεκούραστες διακοπές, βρίσκεται στην περιοχή Mαγαζιά μία από τις ωραιότερες παραλίες του νησιού μπροστά στην θάλασσα πλησίον εστιατορίου , cafe, supermarket, δίπλα στο Εργαστήριο Σκυριανών κεραμικών" Σταμάτης Φτούλης". Σε απόσταση 4 λεπτών με τα πόδια βρίσκεται δημοτικό parking και οργανωμένα beach bar. Ο δρόμος που φαίνεται στις φωτογραφίες είναι πεζόδρομος.

The house is in a unique and remote location which can provide a fabulous way to enjoy the Greek summer and an unspoiled beach.

The room is decorated based on the traditional culture of Skyros, including all the necessary room facilities such as a fridge, coffee pot, etc. Moreover, the place provides privacy and a unique beautiful yard, surrouded by aesthetic foliage plants and lawn.
