Villa Manolia is a luxury family villa with views over the Aegean Sea. It is within walking distance of Molos beach and a 10 minute drive to Skyros town. With its own private freshwater pool (16mx7m), hanging rosemary and bougainvillea, sun deck, shaded terraces and patios, it has ample space for 10 guests and is an ideal island retreat. The house is built on three levels with whitewashed and stone walls and is adorned with olive green shutters, beams and traditional woodwork.

Haus Bougainvillea mit den hellblauen Fensterläden bietet 2 Personen großzügig Platz, allerdings ist die Unterbringung eines Kindes möglich. Hierfür würden wir ein Zustellbett bereitstellen. Es hat 40m2 und ist ein großer Raum mit einem Doppelbett, Bad mit WC, einer offenen Küche (Kühlschrank und Kochgelegenheit) und Terasse.(25 Μ2) mit Blick auf das Meer und Evoia. Der Blick ist teilweise eingeschraenkt durch Haus Pelagos.

Very beautiful and « cosi » villa at 10 min from linaria’ port or from Skyros village, A bit retired with the most beautiful view of the island. Huge terrasse and pool. The villa has two dining areas on the terrace with a magnificent view of the sea and Pefkos on both sides. 800m from one of the most beautiful beach of the island, 15 min from the beach bars. You will need a car to stay at Villa Giulsa.

Aelia Collection Suites -Adults Friendly is consisted of 5 sustainable, fully equipped houses, with a great view at the Aegean Sea. Each one has its own private swimming pool, with sea water and its own jacuzzi. Each suite can accomodate upto 3-4 persons. It is located 1.5 km from the main port. The beach is located at 50 meters.
