The Pod is a completely independent first floor apartment accessed via its own courtyard entrance the ground level. Not suitable for disabled access. We respect your privacy. We will greet you on arrival but will leave you to enjoy your stay. We run the Architectural and Interior Design showroom on the ground floor. Hop on a bus to Fen Drayton’s famous nature reserve and visit the myriad of historic and picturesque villages in the the area. St Ives sits on the river Ouse with a pretty quayside and excellent independent shops, cafes, and restaurants. There is a carpark directly opposite the pod. We are a 2 minute walk to the river and shops of St.Ives. It is just a ten minute walk to St Ives’s famous ‘Guided Busway’, where regular buses will whizz you into Central Cambridge in less than 40 minutes

A cosy self contained annex perfect for a quiet and relaxing stay with access to the garden. You’ll be a 10 minute walk from the historic town centre of St Ives and a 5 minute walk from the guided bus to Cambridge. Alternatively being just off the A14 it’s a 20 minute drive approx. The house is surrounded by beautiful wild trails, rivers, villages and countryside for the rambler, kayaker (perfect for another perspective) and cyclist. The village boasts a popular and quaint pub, renowned for its food (The Crown Inn). The Annex is detached from the main house, Lounge/Kitchen area, Bathroom, Two ground floor Bedrooms, with a third double situated in what was a Hay Loft (not suitable for children under 14 years of age). Recently re-furbished. Ample parking on the drive for 2 to 3 cars.

The self catering cabin with a good size kitchen/dinner with tea/coffee making facilities , Situated 12 miles from cambridge and 6 miles from st Ives, the cabin is only metres from a well stocked fishing lake . Fishing is available from the site owner for just £10 per day . It has 1 large comfortable double bed and in the lounge has 1 sofa bed and 1 large comfortable sofa. The cabin isn't suitable for children under the age of 16 years old.

In the colder weather snuggle up in front of the wood burner with a book, board games or the TV.
