"Son Parera" is a quiet and paceful finca at the east of Mallorca. It is located between green hills and cultivated fields. The wonderful house it's 1,5 km far from Sant Llorenç des Cardassar (village), where there are some typical shops, restaurants, supermarkets and medical Center. You can found some beaches in the township only driving 10 minutes; Sa Coma, s'Illot and Cala Millor, where it's full of sea water activities. In addition, the place it's ten minutes from the Rafael Nadal Academy.

Die Finca in Son Prohens bietet Erholung pur! Sie ist in sanfte Hügel gebettet mit Blick auf den Berg San Salvador, ein Haus in der Natur, aber auch nicht zu abgeschieden gelegen. Porto Colom und Felanitx sind nah. Zwei Terrassen für gemeinsame Abende und Sonnenuntergänge. Swim-Spa und Sonnendeck im Außenbereich von der Terrasse über eine Treppe zugänglich. Herrliche Strände, wie der Naturstrand Es Trenc, sind schnell erreichbar. Die Finca wurde von THE EAZEY und Ambiente Baleares umgebaut.

Es Bellveret ist eine gemütliche Finca mit atemberaubender Aussicht und einem 15 Meter langen Infinity-Pool mit Salzwasser, ideal zum Entspannen und Genießen der mallorquinischen Sonne inmitten der Natur. Es liegt in der Nähe der Städte Manacor, Sant Llorenç und Artà sowie vieler Strände. Der Stil ist eine Mischung aus modern und rustikal, dekoriert mit traditionellen mallorquinischen Details. Historische, grundrenovierte Finca mit Pool

Stilvolles Ferienhaus mit großem Pool, Aussenküche, Klimaanlage, moderne Einrichtung und wunderbarer Aussicht auf Son Macia.  Bis Mai 2022 wurde die denkmalgeschützte Finca aufwändig grundrenoviert, technisch ins 21. Jahrhundert geholt, atmosphärisch und optisch aber im traditionellen Mallorca-Stil belassen. Die Aussenküche ist mit einem Gasgrill, einem 3 Feld Gasherd, Holzkohlengrill, Warmwasser und Arbeitsflächen ausgestattet. Alle im Obergeschoss liegenden SZ haben eine Klimaanlage.

Casa tradicional. "Son Ramon"

Esta casa es un proyecto que se inició en el 2005 y se a finalizado en el 2018. Se realizó en varios períodos pero ahora es un proyecto hecho realidad. Soy una enamorada de la arquitectura balear y esta casa es una muestra de la casa tradicional campesina Mallorquina. Esta decorada con muebles antiguos adquiridos en mercados de segunda mano y algunos de mi familia. Es una casa con mucha luz, acogedora donde uno siente el bien estar y la paz en medio de la naturaleza.

Beautiful Villa with sea views located on the first line of the Portocolom Bay. Recently renovated in a Mediterranean style. It consists of 3 double rooms en suite. A studio with sofa bed and toilet. All with hot/cold pump and fan. At the main entrance, a spacious living room with sea views, fireplace and television. At the back of the house, the kitchen and the dining room share a large open space with access to the sunny 200m2 patio with a sofa and hammocks.

Casa mallorquina de más de cien años de antiguedad.Tiene planta baja y piso,en la planta baja tiene un dormitorio un baño,sala de estar y cocina comedor.En la planta superior hay dos habitaciones un baño una sala de estar y una terraza. La cocina tiene salida a un terraza cubierta seguida de terraza descubierta donde hay una enorme encina que da una sombra estupenda,a continuacion esta la piscina con terraza y una zona con cesped.
