The Coach House is the beautifully converted annex of ‘The Old Rectory’; a very handsome Grade II listed seven-bedroom period home built by the son of the 1st Duke of Leeds back in 1720, in the pretty village of Harthill. It offers the perfect location to explore Sheffield and the surrounding Peak District, conveniently situated close to the M1 (Junction 30) and A57. The bright and spacious living area comprises a kitchen, bathroom and two bedrooms and has off road parking for two cars.

Cosy Home from Home, Private Hot tub, Sunset Views

Once a dairy farm, Shady Hall Farm now boasts a beautifully converted barn where guests can enjoy a peaceful stay in the stunning countryside. The Milking Parlour can accommodate up to 6 (+1 child or small adult on a pull-out bed) and two dogs. Two of the rooms can be set up as either King or two singles. The Parlour has a private, enclosed garden space (including a hot tub) and boasts a modern interior, large living room with it's own log burner, and a separate kitchen diner.

Practical cosy cottage close to M1

Beautiful olde worlde cottage with two good sized double bedrooms and practical living area. Low ceilings make it atmospheric but do watch your heads! Perfect for business use, the cottage is just next to the bus route and close to M1 for a journey stopover. Ideal to stay in for events at Aston Hall, just down the road, or in Rotherham or Sheffield, with bus stops to both 2 min away. Shop and pub in very easy walking distance. Great for access to Crystal Peaks and Meadowhall too.
