great stay, was unfortunate we stayed in the cold season, the pool and BB court looked like fun! We did brave the cold and enjoyed the hot tub in our zero degree weather, it was awesome! speaking of the hot tub, it was SO clean, I appreciated the cleanliness of the water. seems to be a common thing with hot tubs and airbnb's usually lil dirty and not kept properly : / so this was amazing. home was nice and had nice kitchen appliances and tools for the trade. We had fun playing darts and enjoyed the N64. Very clean home! We would deff stay again : )

There were 3 generations staying in this house. What a perfect place for all 11 of us . The pool & hot tub were the best part for the kids ages 16-9. Lots of quiet places for others plus pool table, game room and fire pit were enjoyed by everyone. Definitely one of the highlights of our Spring vacation from April 13- 18 in South Dakota. A WINNER!!

We had so much fun staying here! It was so cute and they had everything that we needed. The house was very clean and the pool was so nice! We will definitely stay here again if we are ever back in the area!

We had a great stay! Amanda always responds quickly and even allowed my family who were arriving much earlier than us to have access a couple of hours before check in time. The house is cozy and in a quiet neighborhood close to pretty much everything. We would definitely stay there again especially when the pool is available to swim in.

We really enjoyed or stay at Sarah's Airbnb. Everything you need is within walking distance, which was quite enjoyable. Although, it is on the edge of downtown, we had no issue with road noise, which was nice relative to the location. There is a grocery store across the street, so it was easy to walk over and buy food to prepare in the well equipped kitchen. The Pizza Mill restaurant was also across the street and there pizzas were outstanding. I would highly recommend this impendent and locally owned business. We also walked a block to breakfast one morning and ate at the Our Place restaurant. This locally owned breakfast diner was also a gem and had a wonderful hometown atmosphere. Further down the main street were several other shops and places to eat. The only negative issue with Sarah's pace was the narrow, steep, and winding stairwell to the second floor. None of our group over 50 felt comfortable staying upstairs. All and all a good stay.

Loved my stay at Jamin & Jessica's place! Great location in Rapid City that is a quick drive to anything downtown, even a few hikes. Also loved proximity to nearly everything on my bucket list for the Black Hills. House was the perfect size and had everything I needed for a month-long stay: wifi worked great too for working from the house. Would stay again in a heartbeat.

This home was perfect for me, my husband, our three kids, and three dogs. When we arrived the home was spotless and all amenities were easy to find. There was even a pack n play, high chair, and baby bath which made traveling with a little one so much easier (they already require so much extra luggage). The fenced in backyard was perfect for the dogs and kids to stretch their legs. The home is older with lots of charm, and very nice updates. There are some "old home noises" but everyone slept well! The beds were comfortable, which is saying a lot from me because I usually don't sleep well in beds besides my own. The home was in a good location with quick and easy access to attractions like Falls Park and The Great Plains Zoo. I would also recommend the quick 30 minute drive to Palisades State Park for some hiking. Chris was a great host. He was responsive and accommodating. He even double checked to make sure all the baby equipment was there before our arrival. Great place to stay!

Beatifull and cozy home

We lucked out getting a great deal on this beautiful home in Powderhouse Pass! Close to Terry Peak ski area & also a short drive to Lead & Deadwood - there was never a lack of things for our families to do! The home itself is in a very nice, newer area. Lots of room for guests with large attached garage for those snowy days. The host was very quick to respond to all questions we had. There is a welcome book inside the home with lots of excellent information on the area & things to do. If you're someone who gets chilled easy, bring extra blankets (or take one of the upstairs bedrooms), as the (2) main floor bedrooms tend to be chilly at night (esp if the external temp is zero or below). We weren't able to utilize the community room/pool - although we attempted, there was a note on the door stating the pool was closed due to maintenance issues. We had checked the developments website prior to arrival & this was not mentioned anywhere. We would definitely recommend Trinity & her home!!

Lisa’s place was very nice and relaxing. We liked that everything was labeled or “dummy proof”! She was very kind and accommodating to us with our slightly chaotic situation. Definitely recommend staying here and it’s also in a nice neighborhood within distance of many stores and restaurants! :)

If you are in the Sioux Falls area you need to book this place - such a gem! We loved staying there.

Our family loved this home. Our host was extremely accommodating with items left for us to use. She even had monkey bread made for our breakfast which was delicious. We would definitely recommend this place to stay Very clean and spacious Our host was very gracious on answering any questions also

Kelsey was a very awesome, warm and inviting host and super sweet personality. She was very knowledgeable about the area and restaurants. Her place was clean and beautiful. Definitely will be staying there again next time in Rapid City!!

This was our home base for 9 days while we explored all around the Black Hills and into Wyoming. The house was very comfortable for us , our friends who joined for the first few days, and our two pups. It was easy to find, easy to get into, and easy to feel right at home. Ryan’s recommendations for food did not disappoint. We were all craving a good steak dinner our first night there, so we decided to try Delmonico Grille. The food was amazing!!! We also ventured out and tried a couple places on our own. Ryan, if you haven’t been, you should go to these two places. Murphy’s Pub & Grille has a great atmosphere, and their bacon wrapped buffalo meatloaf is worth the trip! Next up is Neighbors Grub & Pub. Seriously, the best burger I’ve ever had!! All of Ryan’s suggestions for things to see were already on our list and were absolutely amazing!! This was definitely one of our most memorable vacations

What an amazing place to stay my first time in Pierre. Jason was immediately responsive and helpful. Despite the very cold weather, it was very cozy inside. I felt right at home. I would highly recommend staying at this location. It was very peaceful and relaxing. I’m very grateful to have the opportunity to stay there and will definitely come back again.

We have stayed here twice and love it! It is a very relaxing,beautiful location and also close to all the amenities.

Selected this rental due to its proximity to family we were visiting. We were already familiar with the neighborhood - gas station with mini mart and very nice new park all close by. Split level home with both bedrooms and bathrooms upstairs along with the kitchen and living room. Downstairs is under construction and you have to walk thru drywall dust to get to laundry but it was all very tidy! Host was very proactive and responsive. Will definitely stay again!

Very easy to locate. House was very warm and inviting. Decor is beautiful and had all the amenities of home.

This was ideal for our family. We had 6 adults, a 16 year old, a 9 year old, 3 year old and 20 month old. The toys, back yard, and ping pong table were perfect for us. We brought a ton of food and the extra fridge were perfect. The walking path and culdesac was perfect.

The property was spotless upon arrival. All surfaces were clean, the linens smelled fresh, and the house smelled amazing . The Airbnb is situated in a convenient area, close to local restaurants, the grocery store, and the main highway. The house is well-equipped with essentials like kitchen appliances, Wi-Fi, and toiletries. A coffee maker and a washer/dryer were nice touches. The bed was comfortable, and the living space was cozy and inviting. The host was responsive and provided clear instructions for check-in and check-out. They also checked periodically to make sure we had everything we needed. During our stay, it snowed. The host came and shoveled snow while we were there. The price was reasonable for the quality and location of the accommodation. This 2-bedroom, 1-bath Airbnb is a fantastic choice for small families looking for a comfortable stay. With its prime location and attentive host, it offers great value for the price. Thanks again Jeannie and John!
