Our popular "gastropub" local is only 100m from your door, and a well-stocked village shop with Suffolk-sourced produce and all the essentials is just opposite. Birdhaven is a delightful cottage situated on a quiet lane in the pretty village of Wenhaston, just a few miles from Southwold and the Suffolk Coast & Heaths. This charming self-catering cottage offers cosy accommodation with plenty of natural wonders and attractions nearby. It features lovely views of the surrounding picturesque meadows which offer wonderful sunsets. Lowestoft has a sandy beach with several cafes on the promenade. Southwold is a picturesque coastal town, a 25 minute drive away and Beccles, a beautiful market town on the banks of the river Waveney.

Ours is a quirky home, with 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms a lounge (with wood burner)and kitchen diner. The Annex is nestled in the woods conveniently located for the broads, Beccles, Lowestoft and Great Yarmouth. Our closest beach, Gorleston is a 10 minute drive away. In a very peaceful setting, we hope you will be able to unwind and relax. The Annex can be arranged as 2 superking bedrooms, or 1 superking and 1 twin. With your own entrance you will be totally independent.

Jimmy’s Shed at Manor Farm Stays with hot tub

So called Jimmy’s Shed because of the faithful old stallion that lived here but this is so much more than a shed....this lovely little historical barn is totally secluded and private and has been painstakingly and lovingly restored making the most of all the original features, the fantastic views and the total peace and tranquility. It has been beautifully designed using mainly reclaimed and salvage materials resulting in a truly stunning and unique place to stay!

The Folly

We would like to welcome you to The Folly, your cosy woodland retreat away from the stresses and strain of modern life. There's plenty to see and do with access on foot to the local woodland and beach walks. Keep an eye out when you boil the kettle you just might see a wild Muntjac deer pass by....or hear the hoot of a Tawny owl as you fall asleep. Please be aware in the summer months the local amusement park is open and may be heard during the day.
