The Island at Great farm is made up of an upturned boat for sleeping in, a socialable covered kitchen/bar with its own stove, and a private wood fired hot tub. The river Coln flows alongside, and the accommodation is reached by crossing a footbridge over the river. Walks stretch out in every direction, and the Cotswold towns of Fairford and Lechlade are both close by.

Private cosy canal-side Annexe with own front door. The king-size bedroom has a good sized en-suite shower room, which includes fresh towels, hair dryer and an iron. There is a separate open-plan lounge/kitchen, which is fully equipped including a dishwasher. The lounge has a comfortable, electric feet-up lay back sofa, with a Smart TV. We ensure our guests have some fresh groceries upon arrival., including tea, coffee, milk, cereal, bread, etc for a simple breakfast.

Enjoy picturesque views, beautiful sunsets and an abundance of Wildlife from the Hot Tub. This log houses and its Hot Tub is totally private and are accessed by hard farm tracks with electric field gates via Park Farm.

Our wonderfull characterful Hut is a great place to bring your Paddleboard or canoe on the River Avon. We are commited to an off grid, sustainable experience. Wild swimming ramp. Barbeque, camp fires and open air is what we are about. It is rough and it is ready. There is a Hut, a large Bell tent and a land-locked cabin cruiser all of which you may use. Cooking is on the campfire and two burner stove. Do something different this weekend!
