This house was perfect, clean, and accurately described. Great proximity to baseball parks and to the coastal towns for dinner. Very nice and new, modern, and spacious. Easily fit my group and all utilities and amenities worked perfectly. Quiet area and great hosts. Would stay again!

My family and I had a great stay during our spring break. We had our 3 kids (ages 2, 7, and 12) and they absolutely loved the pool and hot tub. The house was very clean and the beds were comfortable. Several beaches nearby on Anna Maria Island. We will definitely be back and our kids already want us to plan our next vacay here. Thanks Jen and Brittany 💕

Jamin’s place is a little hidden gem. It was the perfect place for us to stay while attending an event at the Bradenton Convention Center.

We had a wonderful 8 days stay at this lovely home. The house was spotless, and the private garden and pool were also very clean and well-maintained. We truly felt at home and enjoyed using the pool whenever we wanted—it was so relaxing. The location was great, with beautiful beaches just a short drive away. We had everything we needed in the house, which made our stay even more comfortable. Our host was incredibly kind, helpful, and responsive. Communication was always quick and smooth. We didn’t experience any issues during our stay. Overall, it was a clean, peaceful, and well-equipped home that gave us a perfect holiday. We’d definitely love to come back again and highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway!

We were able to book a 3 night stay last minute and the hosts were super easy to work with. The house was more than we needed and everything available to make our stay enjoyable. They were quick to respond and answer questions. House is super clean and location allowed us to get to the beach and away from it when needed. We appreciate the space that allowed us to relax and unwind after a busy week.

We loved our stay here. Chris was super responsive and flexible with the check in time. The house was only 10 minutes from the beach and all the local restaurants. There is also a Publix less than a mile from the house. We would definitely stay again.

This place is simply amazing! I have to admit that I am always skeptical of if a place truly is within a good walking distance of beaches/restaurants/etc. but this place ABSOLUTELY IS! The whole trip our group of 4 couldn’t believe that we got so lucky with a great place incredibly close to the beach and restaurants! We definitely hit the lucky lottery with this gem of a airbnb find!! We’re already talking about when to come back and will definitely be rebooking! We didn’t need anything from Courtney, our host, but she made sure to check in multiple times and see if we did! Super friendly and informative and the place was perfectly stocked with beach amenities! Thanks for a fabulous stay!

The location is walking distance to so many restaurants downtown! Pool is beautiful and refreshing. This is our second stay at Bold Lofts and would highly recommend!

We loved staying in Peter and Pearl's unique and artsy home! They have thought of everything anyone could possibly need for a short or extended stay in one of our favorite places - Sarasota. Their home exceeds above and beyond all expectations of what an Airbnb/VRBO should be. My husband and I would definitely stay here again!

Lovely, private, peaceful place to stay in Sarasota. It was perfect for the 2 of us and much bigger than expected. Nice outdoor area to sit and relax. 100 recommended!

We had a wonderful stay at Monia's. The studio was clean, cozy and comfortable. Monia was very sweet and helpful. Area was quiet and close to beaches, restaurants and shopping. I would definitely stay again!

Our stay at Te’s was absolutely perfect. The space is exactly as described—super cozy, warm, and welcoming, with great energy throughout. It felt like a little sanctuary. She was responsive and went the extra mile to allow us an early check in and recommend a dinner spot for us to celebrate. Every detail contributed to a genuinely wonderful experience. Robert was quick to respond to all inquiries and was kind to allow us an earlier check in. The information provided by Robert was clear and easy to follow. Lots of linen/towels and kitchen had all the needed appliances/cutlery (large and small), beach chairs etc. We really enjoyed our 10 day stay.
