This property is an oasis of calm and luxury while being easily accessible. Mr Tsewang and Mrs Michele are avuncular, amiable and treated me like a family member. This charming couple is easily one of the best hosts. With their stories and anecdotes compiled from a wealth of experience living in different parts of the world, daily breakfast with them was a highlight of my trip. It was a privilege to be able to share some parts of their lives via insightful conversations and I will treasure these memories. Mr Tenzing is hospitable to a fault and served up excellent food daily. The house has minute touches that elevates your stay with the kind of views guaranteed to leave you awestruck. Everything is squeaky clean and you are provided with all the sundries while being next to a well appointed grocery store. I would definitely recommend this property to anyone yearning for a cozy and insightful stay in the Himalayas. There are no better hosts than Mr and Mrs Topden.

This bungalow is one of the iconic buildings of yesteryears Kalimpong The bungalow is beautifully kept, restoring old bits and parts and modernizing them for daily comfort. We loved the simple decor, massive open garden and the food The chef and the manager in site are extremely courteous and helpful. We were a family of 7 and we were very well taken care of. Rita personally came and met us, and gave us a hand baked cake and muffins. The location is serene, quite and peaceful. The rooms are very well equipped and clean. And the staff is there throughout. For sure, one of our best ever stays

The room and toilet are pretty clean. Beds are comfy. I think you need ask for en-suite room if you need one. Gotta bring your own towels. There are no fans in the room, but it was pleasant during the time we visited. Property has a balcony sit out area, and enjoyed being there. Birding guide and transport with driver were arranged by the homestay. And, both of them are very nice people. Food was so comforting. Small provision stores nearby. Homestay also offered pickup and drop off from Bagdogra airport. No other rooms were occupied, so it was just 2 of us girls, and we felt absolutely safe in the homestay and also during birding activity.

This is one of those few properties that deserves to get 5 star in all parameters. On the slope of a hill, nestled away from hustle bustle and sorrounded by dense forest, you wake up to wild peacock's call. Birds keep chirping from dawn to dusk, 2 pet dogs always accompany you. And when it rains you hear the sound of rain drops falling from one leaf to another. Perfect set up to unwind and be with one self. The house is astheticaly furnished, specious, with a dedicated office desk and uninterrupted wify. From the garden you get a birds eye view of relli river. Trust me, this air bnb will keep you in state of meditation all the time. The review won't be completed without mentioning of Mr. Aitya ji - he adds up to the the vibe of this place.A humble, cordial, honest, always smiling and attentive to your needs, cooks finger licking food. So, it would be quite unfair for this property and it's people to restrict them with some number, but since it is important I choose 5/5 for 100 times.

William Homestay is a neat, clean,peaceful, pleasant, homely stay away from home. Madan uncle is very responsive and was quick to arrange for bonfire. Jenny makes you feel at home with her warm smile and making sure you are fine. She cooks in a jiffy and your favourite food. Abhinav was away but was quick to guide over a call and pleasant to talk with. Dinesh was helpful in taking a tour around kurseong and guiding you with experience of local dishes and sight seeing and his demeanor with localities gave access to places with other tourists would not be allowed. You can also have a fishing experience in Dumfetar. Last, but not the least, Anithya is yellow book to districts and cities around. You can blindly trust his suggestions for stays and safe driving. Overall if you go to Kurseong, William homestay is best. Toy train just right below the homestay is a treat to the eyes. Bed warmer is a new thing I experienced ..will be glad if bum warmer for the hot seat is also introduced :).

We spent a couple of days at this serene retreat and absolutely loved it! Our ever-smiling host, Lama Pasang, was incredibly helpful. The presence of the super-friendly dogs was a much-appreciated bonus. While local food options were limited, they were delicious and very reasonably priced. We would love to visit again — preferably for a longer stay!

If you’re looking for a remote getaway that offers privacy and the charm of village and farm living, this is the perfect place. My friends and I absolutely loved our stay here. The property is beautifully maintained, and the hospitality provided by the host and their family was exceptional. From the homemade, organic food to the locally crafted liquor, everything was delicious and healthy. The barbecue prepared by the host was a highlight—absolutely “yum yum”! They also went above and beyond to assist us with local sightseeing, making our experience even more memorable. A special mention goes to the host’s sweet grandmother, their lovely niece Neema, and their adorable dog Snoopy, who added so much warmth and joy to our stay. Thank you, Dwakapa, for an unforgettable experience in Yuksom. We’d love to visit again someday!

This was the perfect cottage for our stay in Darjeeling. We are a family with 2 adults and 3 children and we stayed here during 3 days and had a wonderful time. It is a very beautiful place with great views of the mountains and very quiet and peaceful compared to Darjeeling. During our stay in India this was the best place we stayed in. Great for hikes and running. We also ate dinner that Tashis wife prepared in the evenings which was extremely good. Tashi was also very helpful in showing us around Darjeeling and Lamahata - a great guide! Highly recommend staying here when coming to Darjeeling!

I’ve stayed at many BnBs, but this one truly stands out. The space is not only clean and spacious but also incredibly welcoming. What made the experience even more special was the host, Nindiya. She is exceptionally kind and goes above and beyond to ensure her guests feel comfortable and at home. Her warmth and hospitality made all the difference.
