The location of the apartment meant it was easy to walk to restaurants, bars, beach and all other amenities. The dolphins regularly coming up the canal in front of the apartment was spectacular, also the regular visits from the black swans, ducks, cormorants etc made our stay something special. We would have no hesitation in returning if we come back to Australia.

This place had everything we needed for our weekend away! Kitchen was well stocked for cooking! Everything was clean and such a beautiful location. Spent a lot of time sitting outside while the kids played on the grass! Check in process was so easy, and Wayne was very responsive to our messages. Would reccomend this place to friends and family and look forward to being back!

Great location, beach was 5 min walk. Restaurants and amenities all within easy walking distance. Apartment was immaculate and had everything you need and more. 10/10 will definitely book again

We had a lovely stay at Lisa and Niccolo’s beautiful apartment over the Easter break. Everything was very clean and comfortable. It was great to be on the water where we could dock the boat at the jetty so close to the back door! The kids had a lot of fun in the pool and spa, and the shops nearby are very handy for groceries (IGA) and a coffee at the bakery. My family and I hired both upstairs and down stairs due to being a large group, we loved the set up of the properties and felt very comfortable, Simone was super helpful with pre check in instructions. The kids had a blast and the view is to die for. Thank you Simone for having us. Highly recommend to others and we hope to be back again :)

An absolutely lovely place to stay for our annual whole-family trip! The pool table, table tennis and beach gear were a big hit with the kids, the house was roomy and beautifully set up for us. 10/10 no notes!

A fantastic value apartment, walking distance to the heart of Mandurah. My kids loved the pool and spa and made use of the tennis equipment in the apartment. Julie communicated clearly and regularly. Would certainly stay again.

Location location location This little trip was all about our Mum and spending quality time with her. Mum loves nothing more than the ocean and loved the view from the apartment. Mum also has mobility problems and this apartment was ideal. We could easily wheel her out to enjoy a walk, watch the sunset and eat at one of the many restaurants. Would love to do it all again!!

Definitely recommend , the apartment was awsome the views were fantastic. Apartment was well stocked with glasses, crockery and cooking utensils if you wanted to cook at home. Beds very comfortable the spa (private in room) and heated swimming pool (shared) were also excellent. Very close to the beach, as well as dolphin quay restaurants. The whole family had a fantastic time.

Awesome place to stay with kids so much to keep them occupied. There was a pool with spa basketball court and tennis court. Great little playground with BBQ area. Close to beach and city centre!! Definitely will be staying here again!!
