We needed a place during our time of relocating and needed it fast. Since this time of the year is hard to find places, we were pleasantly surprised it was available. We had been staying in two bedrooms condos so to find a three bedroom upstairs was a huge win!! Our kids called it a tree house because it was above the canopy of trees when you looked outside. Owner was very nice and was very helpful with any requests we had. Good find! Recommend for sure.

Absolutely delighted with this establishment. Very comfortable and conveniently located. Proximity to the breathtaking beach is a notable advantage. The owners demonstrated exceptional hospitality, accommodating our needs and promptly addressing any queries. I would definitely revisit this location.

This is the second time I have stayed at this apartment and I absolutely love it! It has everything you need if you are traveling solo or with another person. It is so comfortable and peaceful. The space is so well thought out and I love the cozy feeling. A perfect retreat while staying in Sarasota! I hope to be back again…thank you so very much!

Very comfortable accommodations. Overall, great stay. Not as stocked as we would have liked (i.e. no laundry detergent or bath soap), but not deal breakers. Will definitely book again!

This is a great place to stay! Restaurants and shopping centers are in walkable distance and Denise is an amazing host. Keeping this place in mind for future vacations.

I stayed at Katrina’s vacation house for 10 days and had a fantastic experience. The home was very clean, cozy, and exactly like the pictures. It was in a quiet, relaxing location but still close to everything we needed. Katrina was an excellent host—friendly, helpful, and quick to respond to any questions. I highly recommend staying here and would definitely book with her again!

This home is perfectly located for all beach and ocean activity. It was extremely convenient to our activities. It is located in a quiet neighborhood and yet an easy walk to many activities, restaurants, shopping. The interior of the home has been freshly done and was easy to use. The pool was especially perfect for our family’s use. It was a delightful home in all regards.

Great host and house. We enjoyed the layout of the house, awesome kitchen but the most we enjoyed the outside space and pool. Very nice neighborhood for walks in the morning. Easy drive to beaches, quick drive to grocery stores and restaurants.

The idyllic location, surrounded by serenity, provided a peaceful retreat, while the gracious hosts radiated warmth and kindness. We can not wait for our return to this beautiful home.

This is a comfortable and clean apartment on one of the best spots on the island. The hosts were great, highly recommend.

This place was fantastic with everything we needed. It was close to everything and a short drive to some of the other local activities. Short walk to multiple beach entrances and a cart, chairs, umbrella, etc. was all available to take to the beach. There’s a local shuttle that takes you all over the island for free and a market around the corner that’s fully stocked with everything you need to cook some meals there. We did the night time LED kayaking and then did the Mangrove Eco Tour with Kayaking SRQ, ask for Kaleb for the mangrove tour, the man knew everything about the area, its history, conservation, and gave some great restaurant and attraction recommendations in the area. Or… just hang out at the beach. We were there during tropical storm Debby and Kathryne communicated with us throughout. Absolute amazing stay… even with a tropical storm! We can’t wait to come back.

We loved our Spring Break stay at Helen and Hannah’s condo. The condo and the complex are beautiful and everyone was very friendly. A lot of retirees were around for the week, but a few families too. Our 15-year old enjoyed it too and we made daily use of the tennis court, pool and grill. The location is very convenient and is a bit away from the main Spring Break area and beach, but we like the peace. Thank you very much and we’ll consider returning again.

Clean and comfortable, this was the ideal stay for us. Location can't be better, close to beach and town. Loved it!

We loved staying at Yvette’s place. The condos have nice heated pools, hot tubs, grills, games etc. It felt very safe. The Publix is right around the corner making it very convenient for cooking in. She has plenty of things at the condo available for you to use at the beach or cooking and we felt right at home. We loved staying at Yvette’s place and would stay again!

This is the perfect vacation rental! The condo is spacious and very well maintained. Has lots of amenities to offer. The location could not be more ideal… walking distance to Siesta Key beach ( right across the street). Has a stop in front of the building for Siesta Key trolley that takes you to Siesta Village. Kathy is a fantastic host. Very accommodating and replies quickly. We could not have asked for a better place to stay and looking forward to going back!

This place is awesome. Perfect for a couple. Beach is just steps away. Restaurants within walking distance. Publix, CVS, Dollar Tree all within 3 blocks. Beach is beautiful. Amir is very responsive and helpful.
