La casa se ubica a orillas del pantano del Burguillo con terreno privado de 3000 m2 donde encontraras un amplio jardín con piscina, barbacoa y terraza con espectaculares vistas al pantano. Todo lo que le rodea es Reserva Natural del Valle de Iruelas, por tanto es un entorno natural, aislado y tranquilo. Deportes acuáticos, rutas de senderismo, bici, equitación, recogida de setas, castañas.... La zona te ofrece degustar de la gastronomía que se caracteriza por sus ricas carnes y hortalizas.

Beautiful refurbished house with a modern style and designer furniture. The house has a sunny living room with an equipped kitchen. The house has 2 bedrooms; one with a double bed and the other with two beds. The house also has a playroom for children with a sofa bed. If you decide to bring a car we have 2 exterior spaces available and there is no problem to park outside if your friends come to visit. You will also enjoy a fantastic 300 square meter garden where you can swim in the pool.

Fantastic location for nature lovers in the Unesco heritage site of the Tramuntana mountains! We're on one of the main cycling routes to Sa Calobra as well as the gentler cycleways to Pollenca and Alaro. There are many famous hiking trails in the vicinity too with stunning views across the island. We're located in a lovely, friendly village with local shops and four wonderful restaurants. There are many stunning beaches to choose from, from just 30 minutes to the east of the villa.

Beautiful 2 floor Villa for 10 people, only 350 metres (4 minutes walking) from the wonderful beach of Rodiles (and the nearby quiet beach of Misiego), with a big jacuzzi, for 3 people, and a breathtaking view over the Villaviciosa ria (Natural reserve estuary). The house ir very well equipped and the garden has fruit trees and places to rest. A lot of equipment for water sports is available. Very good heater system.
