The Lodge at Lyng Mill

Peaceful, rustic and romantic lodge in the grounds of an 18th century mill house on the river Wensum at Lyng Mill, North Norfolk. Swim in the river or light the wood burner, get back to nature in this cosy romantic setting. The Lodge sits in a wooded area underneath a giant red cedar tree. It is also on the banks of the mill pond, a perfect wild swimming spot with its own outdoor shower. It is bright and airy in summer but warm and cosy in the winter months. We love dogs, all welcome.

The Bothy @ Jasmine House Norfolk, Bawdeswell

The Bothy is a well-appointed, contemporary two storey scandi-style, detached holiday cottage. Situated in the heart of Norfolk, and so central for visiting Norwich (14 miles), the beautiful Norfolk Broads and all the varied beaches from Hunstanton to Gt. Yarmouth. Sandringham is worth a visit also High Lodge in the Thetford Forest.

The Lodge - Dog friendly farm cottage

This farm cottage was completely refurnished 18mths ago (2020). Its modern open plan layout makes it the perfect holiday retreat. Situated in rural Norfolk on a working farm of arable & livestock making it the perfect place to get away & unwind. Local tourist attractions are just a short drive away & only 30mins to the nearest glorious beach & the Norfolk coast! The cottage offers modern living, open plan & extra benefits of a playroom & hot tub.

The Barrel House

The Barrel house has been lovingly restored to provide a stylish, multifunctional space for Airbnb guests. The vaulted ceiling adds to the feeling of space. All windows are double glazed and a velux roof window allows the daylight to flood in. Outside there is a private patio area with a bistro set for outdoor dining or enjoying sundowners. Nearby is the village shop, popular butchers and local pub. There are plenty of walks to enjoy nearby.

Basil’s Barn North Elmham

Basils Barn is located in the heart of North Elmham, behind the popular Elmham Tea Post Cafe. This recently renovated property gives travellers an excellent base from which to explore beautiful Norfolk. The Barn itself comprises of one main living area with bedroom, living room, kitchen, and an en suite shower room. We also have two more Airbnb properties on site if you are looking to book a group visit- Corner Cottage & 62 Holt Road.

The Buttery at the Grove, Booton

This quirky cottage with two double bedrooms is connected to the Grade II listed farmhouse, but has its own private entrance. The Buttery has been sensitively refurbished, retaining many original features. The setting is one of the real charms, and guests are welcome to enjoy a walk around the grounds. There is also a tennis court, available by arrangement. The west garden is set aside for guests to sit outside.
