The Lodge at Lyng Mill

Peaceful, rustic and romantic lodge in the grounds of an 18th century mill house on the river Wensum at Lyng Mill, North Norfolk. Swim in the river or light the wood burner, get back to nature in this cosy romantic setting. The Lodge sits in a wooded area underneath a giant red cedar tree. It is also on the banks of the mill pond, a perfect wild swimming spot with its own outdoor shower. It is bright and airy in summer but warm and cosy in the winter months. We love dogs, all welcome.

The Bothy @ Jasmine House Norfolk, Bawdeswell

The Bothy is a well-appointed, contemporary two storey scandi-style, detached holiday cottage. It is suitable for one or two people who wish to explore Norfolk from its central location in comfort & privacy. There is ample parking and a lovely small orchard to the rear for guests' private use. Completely renovated to the highest standard, perfect for couples seeking a peaceful village retreat equidistant from the North Norfolk coast and Norwich. Guests can relax in front of the wood burner or soak up the sun in the pretty private garden. Georgian Holt and Marriotts Way cycle path are nearby. With private parking we are perfect for a weekend away or longer stay any time of the year.

The old Stables

Recently renovated 2-bedroom cottage located in the beautiful market town of Wymondham. This historic cottage is walking distance to the town centre, pubs and restaurants and sleeps up to 5 guests. It includes 2 rooms, one with a double bed. A second room with a double bed and a single bed. A main bathroom and a spacious open plan kitchen/living area, making it a great space to socialise with friends or family. Lots of parking for 4 cars and an outside seating area for a morning coffee!

Self contained annexe in Colton, Norfolk

The annexe is situated in the quiet and rural village of Colton, 8.6 miles from the centre of Norwich. A comfortable 1 bedroom annexe for your sole use. Facilities include a kitchen with lounge, TV and dining table. Access to wifi. Hypnos double bed and ensuite shower room. There is free on site parking for 1 car. The annexe is an ideal base for exploring the delights that Norfolk has to offer. A very quiet and peaceful location with the vibrant city of Norwich on the doorstep.

19th century cottage in 13th century village. Fully modernised with new kitchen/dining room, lounge and bathroom downstairs, with two bedrooms upstairs (main bedroom leading off bedroom at top of stairs - no door at top of stairs into small bedroom). Older cottage type so steep narrow stairs and low doorways. Suitable for couple or with one child. Free car park across the road. 30 minutes drive to north Norfolk coast, local to National Trust houses and lots of walking trails.

Separate double bedroom with en-suite wet room. Situated in the heart of Norfolk, and so central for visiting Norwich (14 miles), the beautiful Norfolk Broads and all the varied beaches from Hunstanton to Gt. Yarmouth. Sandringham is worth a visit also High Lodge in the Thetford Forest.

Basils Barn is located in the heart of North Elmham, behind the popular Elmham Tea Post Cafe. This recently renovated property gives travellers an excellent base from which to explore beautiful Norfolk. The Barn itself comprises of one main living area with bedroom, living room, kitchen, and an en suite shower room.
