Goditi momenti indimenticabili in uno dei borghi più belli e amati d'Italia. Nel cuore del centro storico, adiacente piazzetta e in posizione perfetta per raggiungere il mare e i numerosi locali situati nei pressi. Perfetto per 2/4 ospiti e attrezzato di tutto. Appartamento in unico spazioso e luminosissimo ambiente. Splendido panorama mare verso spiaggia di levante. Affaccio nella caratteristica via del borgo. Terzo piano senza ascensore. Non è adatto alle persone con problemi di deambulazione.

Piccolo Studio apartment in "Piazzetta"

Appartamentino luminoso e caratteristico con affaccio su "La Piazzetta" nel Centro Storico. Ha un letto ad una piazza e mezza (140 cm x 190 cm) su soppalco, ha anche una piccola poltrona letto (70 cm x 180 cm) accanto alla cucina (ben attrezzata). Non adatto a persone con ridotta capacità motoria o persone di grande corporatura, la scala di accesso al soppalco non è una scala consueta (vedi immagini). Le finestre sono termofonoassorbenti. Climatizzazione.Riscaldamento. Lenzuola non stirate ;)

Superschöne, besondere, neu renovierte, lichtdurchflutete 2-Zimmer Wohnung mit ca 60 m2 + Deckenhöhe von 4 Meter mit 2 Balkonen und voll eingerichteter Küche für einen perfekten, erholsamen Urlaub. Die Wohnung liegt sehr zentral, nur wenige Schritte und Ihr seit am Strand oder in den Restaurants und Geschäften. Der Hafen liegt in unmittelbarer Nähe ebenso die Altstadt mit den vielen Restaurants - Promenaden.. Statt Bidet wurden neben der Toilette eine Brause mit Warm- Kaltwasser installiert.

Living Sperlonga

Living Sperlonga e' una bellissima casa con accesso diretto al mare, situata su una delle piu' belle spiaggie di Sperlonga. Siamo in via salette dove un accesso privato con un viale di circa 70 metri porta alla casa sul mare. La casa e' di 90 mq con ampio spazio esterno e giardino ed e' composta da: ampio salone, cucina, tre camere da letto e due bagni di cui uno esterno. Ci sono in dotazione anche lettini ed ombrelloni per godersi in pieno il mare di Sperlonga.

Excellent position close to Naples and Pozzuoli. Both cities are linked by ferry with Ischia, Procida and Capri. The gulf of Gaeta and Sperlonga is only 30 min by car. The house, completely independent, is 50 sqm large and has a unique view in front of the sea, and a huge garden of mediterranean vegetation. There is a double bed and a sofa bed consisting of two single beds. It’s also possible to reach the beach that is 500m far from the house!
