Ferienunterkünfte mit Sitzbereich im Freien in Split

What a shame we only had four nights to enjoy this wonderful apartment and lovely area of Croatia! Davorka was a lovely host, and made us feel at home. The apartment was spacious, spotless and well equipped. The location is well located for exploring Split and further afield. We took the train to Split but there were also bus options. We also enjoyed exploring the local Kastela villages, which we may have overlooked without Davorka recommending them.

We hebben een fantastische tijd gehad in dit huis. Het ligt op 5 kwartier lopen van het centrum, dus dat is wel veel. Je kan de bus pakken voor 2,5 pp of een uber busje vanaf 12 euro totaal. Was top. 5 minuten ervandaan is een grote supermarkt. Echt alles wat beschreven stond was aanwezig. Er zijn af en toe kleine gebreken, zoals 2 douches die niet goed werkte bij ons, maar de volgende dag kwam hij meteen om het te maken. Toen we aankwamen stonden er ook wat welkomstdrankjes en hapjes in de koelkast. Ook had hij voor een jarige een fles drank, een taart en een kaartje gebracht. Superlief allemaal.

By far the best Airbnb I have ever stayed at. Nikolina and Josko were so kind, even bringing us food when it was Croatian Labor Day and we couldn’t anything. The location was amazing - a short walk from the main road around Marjan Hill. If you can manage a few stairs, you can explore the whole park and local beaches. Easily driveable, and not far from the Split riverfront. If I could give it 6 stars or more I would. We will definitely stay here next time we are in Croatia!!

Check-in was smooth and everything was nice and clean in the apartement and we enjoyed our stay there.

We had a fabulous time at Josipa’s apartment. It was modern, clean, comfortable and the views were stunning! Josipa was a great host, allowing us to check in a little early, and stay a little longer. This was a great location to relax by the ocean and explore the area. We hope to come back someday.

Bruno hat sich im Vorfeld schon um alles gekümmert. Privater Transfer vom Flughafen war top. Wurde vom Bruder empfangen, der mir alles vor Ort gezeigt hat. Unterkunft war gemütlich, alles vorhanden und sauber. Alles ist in der Nähe zu Fuss erreichbar. Strand/Meer quasi vor der Türe. Tonlage. Gerne wieder.

Petar met us in the parking lot when we arrived and took our luggage for us. We went to the apartment & he showed us how to get into the building and the apartment and answered any questions we had. There are utensils that can be used to cook. The space was great for 2 of us for a week. The best part of the apartment is the very large covered patio/deck. It is very private since it's on the top floor and there are walls on either side so you don't see anyone in the apartment next door. The apartment was very clean and had space for clothes storage in the bedroom. There is an elevator that takes you to the 4th floor and there are only 18 easy steps up to the apartment. The location of the apartment is excellent. It is an easy 10-15 minute walk into the old town or to the promenade and a 15-20 min walk up to Marjan park which has amazing views of the sea. There is a grocery store less than 3 minute walk away. We would highly recommend staying here when visiting Split!

Slavica’s apartment was utterly perfect from start to finish - spotlessly clean and fully equipped with everything you’d need! The view from the balcony is stunning and we absolutely loved our stay. Slavica was so so helpful, she was available whenever we needed her and we really appreciated it! The apartment is on the top of a big hill, but with that view it was totally worth it. A clean, nice building set in a gorgeous, safe area. Thank you so much for all your help again Slavica, we highly recommend this apartment!

Die Wohnung hat uns wirklich gut gefallen. Klimatisiert, modern, nett eingerichtet, die Betten waren völlig in Ordnung. Die Stadt ist bequem zu Fuß erreichbar. Etwas irritierend ist leider die Aussage, dass Parkplätze auf einem privaten Grundstück verfügbar ist. Realität ist, dass nur auf öffentlicher Straße/Parkplatz geparkt werden kann. Je nach Tageszeit dauert es eine Weile bis ein Parkplatz gefunden wird. Etwas Glück ist bei der Suche nicht ganz unnütz.

Die Unterkunft ist für einen kurzen Aufenthalt in Split super. Man läuft eine halbe Stunde in die Altstadt oder kann sich für 5€ ein Uber rufen. Marin ist sehr freundlich und auch an den Hund wurde gedacht. Vielen Dank Marin!

Its location was ideal—just a short walk to the beach and conveniently close to local shops and restaurants. Ivana’s hospitality truly made our trip special, and we can’t thank her enough for her kindness and attentiveness. We highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Split and would love to return in the future!

We had such a wonderful time staying here. It's about a 30 minute walk to the centre of Split, which is absolutely magical. But sometimes just sitting outside or in the hottub and staring at the beautiful scenery was enough for us. Such a wonderful luxurious experience - and a very special thanks to Katarina who was incredibly responsive and helpful whenever we had questions.

Dorde est une personne agréable qui nous a très bien reçu. Logement impeccable et bien situé pour un séjour sans véhicule. Nous avons passé un très bon séjour.

We had a great time at this place, the location is perfect in a quite surrounding and restaurants, bars, bus stop, supermarket, playground, bakery and the beach are just 5-10 minutes away by feet. The garden with the pool, toys and bbq corner are perfect for a visit with children. Enis gave me some very good information for activities with the family. We would definitely go there again.

Such a gorgeous air bnb! We really enjoyed our stay here. Only a 30 minute bus from the city centre, you really can’t beat this location. The hosts were very nice and accommodating. Definitely reccomend.

Thank you so much Petar, we had a lovely time in Split. The apartment was basic with everything we needed. It was super clean and tidy. Lots of places to eat and a beach literally across the road. The bedrooms had no aircon, but Petar had fans delivered the next day, greatly appreciated. We also had a very late flight home and he kindly extended our check-out time. Thanks again.

Wir hatten mit 11 Personen einen super schönen Aufenthalt und das Meer war schnell und einfach zu Fuß zu erreichen. Empfehlenswert!

Great place, really kind and helpful host, the house is really well thought out, every detail is covered :) Great for parking if you have a car, walkable distance to Old Town, all in all, great! Highly recommend.

Absolutely wonderful stay! The house was very clean and included everything we needed. Location is also very ideal and is a close walk to many restaurants and markets. Would highly recommend this beautiful place to others! This was hands down my favorite stay during our Europe trip:)
