This 120 sq meter semi detached villa (1300 sq foot) has three covered balconies to fully enjoy outdoor living, a wooden deck of 40 sq meter for sunbathing in Mediterranean sun, living/dining area with 50" Cable LCD TV, a fully equipped modern style kitchen, and ceiling fans in living room and all three bedrooms. It includes a washing/drying machine in one of the bathrooms. All furnishings are elegant and modern and there are 3 bathrooms, one of which has a bath tub (whirlpool bath). Villa consists of 2 floors with total 5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, 2 living rooms, big terrace on first floor and big pool with amazing stone plated yard around it. On first floor there are 3 bedrooms, all with double beds. There is fully equipped kitchen with big living room and amazing piano which exits to sunny terrace. On the ground floor there are 2 bedrooms, 1 with double beds and second with single bed. Villa has big POOL of 30 m^2 in front of it with sunbeds and siting area around it.
