Studio apartment. We sanitize all surfaces and wash blankets in addition to linens. You may check in without contact with hosts. Covered parking, no frost on windows. Ten minutes from downtown. Private entrance and private patio. King size comfortable bed. Great shower with new hot water heater, plenty of hot water. No smokers, no partying; we ask for very quiet after 10:30 (but late arrivals are fine!). Please no romantic rendezvouz. (but we're happy if you have sex that's not too noisy. :)

Treehouse in the pines

Enjoy this one-of-a-kind experience situated in the pine trees located just outside of Spokane. Featuring a cozy 400 square foot living space, with books, games, and a gas fireplace as well as a kitchenette with everything you need to make a meal for two. The bedroom has a king-sized bed and a 10-foot accordion door that opens completely to the deck outside with a hot tub waiting for you. Please note: While it is private, the treehouse is on a property with two other occupied structures.

Welcome! You can have this duplex all to yourself :) This is a one bedroom, one bathroom duplex that has room for 1 to 4 people. Nightly rate is for the first 2 guests. It’s located in the John A. Finch Arboretum close to downtown Spokane (2.2 miles) and the airport (4.6 miles). It’s also close to the Fish Lake Trail if you love to run, bike, hike, or experience the outdoors. My place is great for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, families, friends, and a weekend getaway.

This is an ideal location for medical professionals, Sacred Heart Hospital, Medical Center and Children's Hospital are 1.3 miles way, along with Shriners, Deaconess Multicare is 1.1 mile distance..

Newly Remodeled Studio Loft with Prairie Views

Our private studio Loft is brand new. It is minimalist, clean, and cozy. We are located on 5-Mile Prairie with beautiful views and a rural feel, but minutes away from anywhere in Spokane. The private entrance stairs and keypad door are located just around the side of the house. The bed is a king-sized, gel-infused, 10 inch memory foam mattress. The futon couch can be made into a twin-sized bed. You'll have access to your own full kitchen and private bathroom.

Welcome to your Home Away From Home! This place is centrally-located in the historic Corbin Park neighborhood. It holds a king, queen and sleeper sofa. The kitchen is well equipped to make you feel right at home. It is just minutes away from River Front Park, Spokane's New sporting arena, restaurants and more!
