Welcome to our cozy all-season cottage in Winnipeg Beach - just one block from the beach and marina. Enjoy the lakeside community while staying at our stylishly-finished three bedroom, one bathroom retreat, featuring a wood-burning stove, streaming-only smart TV, in-ceiling speakers, high-speed Internet, fully-stocked kitchen, and a full bathroom with heated tile floors, large walk-in shower, and washer and dryer. The backyard has a gazebo with sectional and the front has a large deck with BBQ.

TWO MINUTE WALK to the beach. After purchasing this lake home in 2024 we carefully renovated it. The kitchen, dining room and living room (with wood-burning fireplace) are open-concept. A large 3-season sunroom spans the front of the house. Each bedroom has fresh linens, down comforters and electric heat control. The back yard is private, well-treed and fully fenced, with a firepit. Sandy beaches, miles of walking trails and in winter, ice fishing. Our beach town is a perfect vacation spot!

This 1100sqft cabin is perfect for anybody's type of getaway, directly in front of Lanky's hotdog/burger stand, 10min walk to Potenza's Restaurant/Bar, Grand Beach diner, and 2min walk from Petes Grand Mini Golf, they are licensed! Parking is best in front on main road but back would fit a car or two. Cabin comes fully equipped with everything you need for either short or long stays. 10-15 min walk to beautiful beach.
