The living area has a 50 inch flat screen TV, Netflix and WIFI. Laundry room is located downstairs. A 4 person hot tub on back patio. A permit will be provided for parking.

Enjoy all the amenities of home with a fully stocked home and kitchen. Enjoy the beautiful back yard with hot tub, bbq, fire pit and outdoor seating or head down to the pond for a swim and some kayaking (kayaks not provided) . Less than an hour outside of St. John’s this home helps you get away from it all!
