My family and I visited Jacksonville for a wedding at Epping Forest Yacht Club. Matt's home was the perfect location-only a 6-minute drive to the venue. From booking to check-out, Matt was responsive to our messages to him. The house was exactly as described in the listing. The house was clean, well stocked with all we needed, especially good for families with children-plenty of toys, a high chair, one large and one smaller pack n play. The outdoor space was so nice. We all had a great time in the pool with the little ones. Definitely a place we would consider renting again if we are back in the area.

Beautiful home, very peaceful, great place to relax and enjoy the beautiful views of the saint johns river. Can't wait to go back here again. The host Priscilla was very responsive and very helpful.

House was just as beautiful as in the pictures. Plenty of space for all of us in our group. Outdoor shower was great to use after a day at the beach, before we got in the pool. Short walk to the beach from the house. Very quiet neighborhood. The extra fridge in the garage was a welcomed bonus. We had a great time and would definingly recommend to everyone. We also had no problem getting Ubers to downtown on Friday and Saturday evenings.

This was a great spot for our rather large group to gather and enjoy a couple days at the beach. Even though there are many other residences close by and within view, the back canal/dock area was quite lovely and comfortable, and the location was great for accessing (even walking to) the beach. There is also a great restaurant (The Back Forty) within an easy walk. The house is nicely set up for easy and comfortable social gathering while offering individuals private space to retreat for privacy and sleeping. Would definitely recommend this to others looking for a nice beach vacation with a medium to large size group.

Ils ont un petit coin de paradis qu'ils adorent et ça paraît !!!! Nous sommes chanceux d'avoir pu y séjourner!!! Nous le recommandons a 100% La plage privéea environ 10 min de marche est magnifique et tres intime!!! Merci encore pour tout!!!!!

Absolutely the best Airbnb I’ve been to. The appliances were beautiful and up to date, the view was surreal, and the area felt safe. I loved the large windows, automatic blinds and location. It was really, really hard to leave! I will absolutely be back one day. Thank you, Felix!

Ryan’s place on the river was absolutely beautiful! The views were peaceful and relaxing, and the space was clean, cozy, and well-equipped with everything we needed. It was the perfect getaway spot. We’d definitely love to come back!

Braden was very amicable and responsive to any questions we had. The apartment was very nice and clean and the area very quiet and beautiful, especially by the pool area. Looking forward to returning here in the future.

I stayed at this property for approximately one month while working in the area. The accommodations were clean, well-maintained, and matched the listing description accurately. The location was convenient and situated in a quiet, safe neighborhood, which made it ideal for an extended business stay. Communication with the host was prompt and professional, and all necessary amenities were provided. I would confidently recommend this property to other professionals seeking comfortable, long-term accommodations.

We loved this place, and it was perfect for our needs. We needed a casual jump-off point for town, which was 10-15 minutes away from the property. the neighborhood was pretty also. The house was quiet. I would caution anyone who is unsteady with stairs (such as with a medical issue that affects mobility) as the staircase is tall and feels long. Our favorite thing was the book of recommendations from the host for food, coffee and things to see.

First of all, Angie is an amazing host. She gave me clear directions from the beginning and she was very responsive. The place is beautiful and spacious, full of natural light and all the appliances needed to make your stay comfortable and enjoyable. We had a great time and we are looking forward to coming back soon.

Spent one week here for work with my family and it was perfect. Chris was responsive and very helpful. The house is very comfortable with a beautiful lake view. Would definitely stay again and would recommend to anyone to stay here. Anything you need is no more then a 5 min drive the location is amazing

We absolutely loved this place. The pics looked just like the place. The patio was amazing. The pool was very nice. We did have a little trouble getting to the place but Tami was very responsive and helped us out. We also couldn't figure out where the tennis/pickle ball courts were at first. Once we found them, it was easy to get to them. We definitely would stay here again. All the walking trails were amazing.

Lovely place. Everything was nice even the pots and pans, toilet paper and paper towels. Not your usual AirBnB. Beds were excellent and the furniture inside and out was nice and comfortable. Easy 20 min walk to St. George St. Lots of good restaurants nearby. We had a great stay!

The home was very quaint and well decorated. Quiet neighborhood and walkable to many restaurants and attractions. Sheri provided many extra touches which added to the experience. Everything was clean and comfortable. Well worth the price and would love to come back and we will certainly recommend to friends and family! And then there was St Augustine….awesome !

Impressively clean and beautiful cottage! We absolutely loved our stay here! It was such a peaceful setting to come back to and relax after our busy days in downtown.
