Oak Barn @ The Croft - Luxury Rural Retreat

Oak Barn is a luxurious barn conversion with gardens, surrounded by fields on the edge of Lower Peover near Knutsford, Cheshire. The tranquil space sleeps a couple or family comfortably in a large bedroom with shower room and a fully equipped kitchen. Two pubs and a well stocked village shop are within walking distance and the historic town of Knutsford is a 10 minute drive away. A hamper of breakfast bits is provided incl. eggs, bacon, muesli, bread etc - vegan options available on request.

Robin Cottage is a recently refurbished annex to Hewitt House, part of the Grade II Listed Hanchurch Manor (formerly a boutique hotel). Set over 2 storeys the accommodation has its own private entrance. The rooms are stylish and comfortable with views of the surrounding countryside with ample off road parking, a sunny courtyard and seating area. Designed by Charles Barry (architect of the Houses of Parliament) in the early 1800s, Hanchurch Manor was part of the Duke of Sutherland's estate.

Many event venues are within a short distance , as is junction 19 of the M6. Manchester airport is a 25min drive away. Many of our quests have described the little house as ‘sparkling clean, quirky, comfortable and well designed’.

This is a modern, self-contained annex in a quiet rural location, with your own front door. Downstairs is spacious with a private bathroom and over bath shower, generous kitchen with basic food provisions and utensils and living space with TV. The light and airy double bedroom upstairs provides stunning views of the surrounding countryside. Self contained annexe in my private garden with ensuite bathroom. Own entrance via side gate. Fridge and kettle with tea and coffee and also microwave, toaster and crockery/cutlery/glasses. Breakfast cereal and milk is supplied and guests are welcome to bring their own food and drinks. Gym and pool across the road , also pub and takeaways within walking distance. Includes towels and toiletries. Sunday evenings are available by request.
