Little, cozy place near beach for a couple.

It's quiet and cozy here. The yard is completely fenced with tall living shrubs, flowers, and trees. There's a gas grill, a fire pit, and a place to dine under an umbrella in the garden. I rent out a separate half of the house to guests: one bedroom, a small kitchen combined with a hallway. Peace and quiet reign here. You won't be disturbed. Sometimes I go into my half of the house, but very rarely. There are no other guests on the property, just you. I don't charge extra for pets. Parking free.

Recently restored, this Port Jefferson Village historic house has all of the amenities of today. Boasting 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms, a short walk to the busy day and night life of Main Street. Read a book in the beautiful all wood sitting room or take a bath in the recently restored cast iron claw foot tub. This house offers quiet serenity with an option to explore the village.

The Sunshine House

Enjoy your stay and visit the Bayard Cutting Arboretum, SUSA Orlin & Cohen Sports Complex, Robert Moses Beach; centrally located between The Hamptons Vineyard Wine Tours & Manhattan. This unique home was originally built in 1921 and has since undergone renovations with additions added to the original structure, including the three bedroom / bath guest wing with a private entrance from the main house. North Country Cottage

Located near Long Island's beautiful beaches, vineyards, and wedding venues, this cozy cottage in the woods provides a quiet and comfortable place to stay while visiting! A spacious patio extends the living area, adding space to enjoy the outdoors in front of the fire pit or outdoor dining table. This property is located behind the owners' home and uses a shared driveway. While the owner is close by to address any issues during your stay, your space allows for total privacy.

Studio in Stony Brook

We have contactless check-in procedure & fully private entrance. Please contact with any questions! Large clean studio space that is totally private from the main residence. Private bathroom with toiletries included. Close to beaches, shopping, and SUNY hospital and campus by car or bus. Pull-out loveseat with twin size mattress available for an extra charge. (Book for “3 Guests” for this regardless of occupancy so we know to prepare the bed.)

The Katalpa House -by the beach

-Our beach is private, key and beach tag provided- (in brown shed) This 1000+ sf home, features a newly renovated kitchen, outdoor shower, and many quirks that come with a 90 year old home. The furnishings are eclectic and vintage. Most of the flooring is also new. The beach and bluffs are only about a 2 minute walk. The 1/4 acre lot is shared with a secondary unit as you can see in the photos which is occupied by my sister.

East Setauket Guest Suite

The suite is only available for a minimum of 30 days. Our suite is located in a quiet residential area near major east/west and north/south routes. Its a 15 minute drive to Stony Brook Univ Campus & Hospital, Stony Brook village, local beaches, Pt. Jefferson, & Ferry to Connecticut. Only minutes from Mather & St Charles Hospitals. 10 minute drive to Smith Haven Mall.
