Excellent host, I Will come back

The unit is comfortable and 'lived in'. Things are labelled conveniently to be able to find the random things you might need in the kitchen. The location is good close to some small mall outlet and grocery stores, restaurants etc The TV didn't have any Netflix or cable channels available and it said not to turn up the heat or open any windows etc which we found rather odd. It's a comfortable space for a group! The host was very friendly, accommodating and easy to communicate with and he was quick to respond. We would stay here again if we were in the area and needed the space.

Exactly what we were looking for. Quite village setting close enough to major town amenities.

Gorgeous old home on a beautiful property, was the perfect place and location to host our large family Thanksgiving. The house was well stocked with charming dishes and serving pieces. They left plenty of wood for the wood-stove which made the large space feel so cozy, and plenty of wood and chairs surrounding the fire pit outside. They also provided plenty of drinking water and decorated with pumpkins and mums. Bed linens and towels a fresh crisp white felt nice to curl into. If I had a choice I’d opt for some queen size beds and use of the extra bedrooms! Though realize it’s not set up for multiple families but for individuals on a retreat. It still suited us just fine and the kids loved the giant room with the bunk beds. Thank you Carolyn for another perfect weekend!

Great stay! The view is unbeatable! The cabin was so clean and cozy! The bed was SO comfy! We took advantage of the games and the espresso machine! it had everything we needed and wanted.

Great experience staying at Rachel's with 2 hockey families. The house was very clean and well stocked, the hosts were very responsive and the layout was perfect for our needs. We felt right at home when we got there with clear instructions and easy access. The girls were happy in the room with the bunk beds and their own tv, the boy were even happier sleeping on the pull out in the basement also with their own tv. The upstairs rooms were very comfortable for the parents. The two bathrooms were very clean and the water pressure in the shower was amazing. Would definitely stay again!

We stayed at Janik’s place for the St Lawrence marathon. It was the absolute perfect home base for the race - close to the finish line and morning shuttle busses. The view was gorgeous and the access to the walking path was incredible. Thank you Janik!

The home was clean and well decorated. The three bedrooms and pullout in the basement allowed us to have more than enough room to spread out with the main floor being sufficiently large for the 6 of us to comfortably spend time together.
