The Carriage House: Beautiful Farmland Views.

The Carriage House is the second floor of our cedar stables that was turned into an apartment years ago. It has been completely redone and professionally decorated to make it a cozy + luxe retreat with beautiful views. While we no longer use the stables to house animals we still keep a few head of cattle + sheep in the pasture for your enjoyment. The wall of windows along the back of the apartment offer you the most stunning views of the surrounding farmland and an unforgettable sunrise.

The Pleasant View Guest Suite is a private 2nd floor lodging on a quiet country road surrounded by Amish farmland. The 2nd floor bedroom & bath have just been renovated to add a luxurious tile shower and soaking tub, King bedroom w Smart TV creating a beautiful 2nd floor suite. Hot tub open all year. The Innkeepers Quarters is attached to the main house but is a completely private unit. (Please note some noise can be heard through the walls) Close to area attractions, Sight and Sound Theaters, The Amish Village.

This home, since its construction, has been a family gathering place. The doors have always been open to guests, and we want to continue that tradition and welcome you!

The loft is in a newly renovated barn, located on our small farm in Gap PA. The location is approximately 15 min from Lancaster County’s main attractions. (please see below for more details on location) We have the cutest pony named Snickers who is accompanied by his two bunny friends. He loves when guests stop by to say hi!😊
