We had a great stay at Alfonso’s place. It was a little bit cold for our liking but as soon as I messaged Alfonso, the temperature was adjusted. Great little one bedroom apartment, exactly as described in the pictures. Check-in and check-out was very smooth because they provided very detailed instructions. It is a basement so you hear people walking above you but everyone was very respectful of the quiet hours so it wasn’t disruptive at all. It’s about a 20-minute drive from the Laurier University so the area itself is very quiet and residential which was exactly what we were looking for. Would definitely stay here again!

Spencer and Alicia where great hosts! the place looked great and we where able to feep right at home. if I had any questions, I would surely get an answer and fast. there was even this time that they answered me at 2 am when I had a huge problem! had a response from them in minutes. truly appreciated.

I’m obsessed with Melissa! Such a great host! I definitely recommend staying at any one of her units in London! The unit is beautiful, model furniture inside, I felt like I was staying in a spa-like girly suite, with the beautiful paintings and decor. Location has you right in downtown London so it’s a quick walk over to some bars/food spots etc. Melissa checks on you while you stay which was nice, she takes great care of her guests! 5 stars!

it was a fantastic place to stay and close to the market downtown. The bed was very comfortable and everything was nice and clean and just felt like a home.

Jon's place is simply fabulous! It doesn t fully match the photos as it was even better than we had anticipated! His attention to details and the practicality of everything is astonishing. We could not recommend it more especially for a family with kids

It was our second time staying here when we visit Kitchener. The apartment is in a fantastic location, close to bars and restaurants and event locations. It's very comfortable with all the amenities we need. Gerry was very responsive and welcoming. Would definitely stay there again.

We booked late and last minute after we were unable to access our original booking at a dfferent Airbnb because the other property owner failed to provide a keypad code and could not be reached. I was travelling long distance alone with my 5 year old daughter and just needed somewhere to go quickly for the night after a long travel day. Jazmy accepted our booking at 11pm. So grateful. Thanks very much!

We had a wonderful stay at David’s place. The kitchen was extremely well stocked and included anything you would need to do any sort of cooking. He also left snacks and treats (microwave popcorn and a candy bowl that were a hit with my kids) and a lovely bottle of wine. The loft in the rental is especially cool with a great rooftop balcony. David had patio furniture in the balcony (which was not shown in the picture) which we would have used if the weather had been a bit nicer. A few things to note: there is a very long staircase to get up to the rental. (This was not at all a problem for us but could be for someone with mobility issues.) The stairs were carpeted so looked a bit dingy because of all the outside shoes/dirt that comes in from outside before getting to the rental door. As well, there are a few pictures in the listing that are not of this rental. (Brown couch, brick wall with opening). Overall this was a great place to stay and we would come again for sure.

The house was extremely clean, organized and welcoming. Exactly as the pictures and the description described. Lots of towels and linens and bedding available. Clean cozy rooms with clean bedding. Responsive host. Easy check in with code to get in. Great area in the backyard that is completely fenced in and was great for our dogs! Amazing stay all around.

We loved staying in this gorgeous home. I have so say: the dishwasher, oven and stove took us awhile to get used to. The lot is HUGE! It's the right by the water and we did some canoeing. We also had a little campfire in the fire pit. I would definitely stay here again

Heinrich’s place was perfect for our stay in Guelph. We weren’t there for much of the time but it was quiet, tastefully decorated and quite charming. We decided to add another day onto our stay and luckily he was able to accommodate us. Communication was excellent and we appreciated the flexibility.

The house is large and beautiful. We especially liked having a second living area upstairs. We had 8 adults in our group and we were very comfortable. We will definitely consider this again in the future when we return to the area.

Di was an absolutely wonderful host! One of the best I have encountered. He is super responsive. The house was spotlessly clean and exactly as the photos show. All appliances worked wonderfully with so many thoughtful and convenient items ready for us. Shampoo, conditioner, washing tabs, shower gels, fabric softeners the list goes on!

Mike was very helpful to answer our questions and quick to respond. The space was clean, looked like the pictures, and comfortable. I would recommend this place for future visits! It gave all the luxuries of being at home while away

Suada's basement apartment was exactly as advertised: spacious, clean and quiet. Check-in was easy and the host was very responsive. The location was perfect for our needs - about 10 min drive from University of Waterloo. I would definitely recommend this place!

This place was very convenient, clean, very well equipped with all you will need (cleaning supplies, shower necessities, all kitchen supplies etc). My only issue was that the pictures show two beds (the description says a double and a single). In fact, they are the same bed with different bedding. There is a love seat that turns into a bed. I had no issues sleeping on it, but if you are picky or tall you might not be able to enjoy it. I did request and additional bed (it was there when I arrived) but it was more like a camping folding cot with a very thin foam. We didn't use it, not comfortable. There are a lot of lock boxes at the building entrance, make sure you ask the host to inform you which is the correct one, so you don't spend a long time looking for the correct one. Additionally, the description also says there is premises parking and street parking. There is only street parking and at times it takes a while to find a spot. A great place and would stay again.

The place is convenient and nice and quiet ,there's washer and dryer but you have to bring on supplies and coins

This was the perfect place for our little Christmas getaway. Everything we needed to cook two big meals. Easy entertainment options. Cozy and quiet space.

The location is marvelous for visiting Stratford. The apartment is very well appointed. Great linens and tastefully decorated. Although there are many stairs, the historical commentary every few steps, allow pauses on your journey up. These pauses, reduce the stress of long staircases. Brilliant. Hats off!

Faran is a lovely host. She is incredibly responsive. The condo was as described. We weren't able to enjoy the building amenities but they looked great. The location was convenient for two separate sporting facility venues we needed to travel to/from.

Spent the weekend with girlfriends at Debbie’s beautiful condo! We were extremely satisfied with how smooth the check in was and how beautiful the space was! It was in perfect proximity to all of the local eateries and shopping downtown. Debbie gave wonderful suggestions for things to do and places to try. The beds and furniture were very comfortable and provided a perfect place to relax. This place exceeded all of our expectations. We would gladly stay here again and would highly recommend to anyone coming to the area.

The place was furnished and decorated beautifully. The location is absolutely perfect, everything worth visiting is a short stroll away. John himself is a wonderful host and is generously accommodating! We will remember his hospitality and kindness for life!
