Joanne has been a great host from booking all the way to check out. She has communicated with us all throughout the stay. She was kind enough to give us a flexible check in and check out time. The place was as described on the listing and instructions were quite clear as to what’s what. My family and friends had a wonderful time.

We loved our relaxing stay - the house was exactly as described. Loved the fireplaces and the hot tub especially.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at the cottage. The place was cozy, clean, and beautifully maintained – exactly what we needed for a peaceful retreat. The surroundings were serene, with lovely views and nature all around. Everything was thoughtfully provided, from comfy bedding to a well-stocked kitchen. The hosts were warm and welcoming, and communication was smooth throughout.

This is a gem of a find - serene property, beautiful house and extremely client-centric host. Abdul was very accommodating in all of our request, and very responsive. The indoor pool was an epic addition to the weekend! Highly recommend this place!

I spent a weekend at the Rock Lodge on Mary Lake and it was absolutely stunning. The lodge itself is beautiful—cozy, clean, and thoughtfully designed. You can tell a lot of care went into making the space feel like a true escape. The hosts were amazing—super friendly, responsive, and made sure we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The area is peaceful and scenic, perfect for relaxing or exploring nearby trails and nature spots. I couldn’t have asked for a better weekend getaway. Highly recommend!

The cottage was lovely - had everything available, from kitchen supplies (+), outdoor activities (kayak, canoe, paddle boards, peddle boat, ladder ball, croquet, etc), and lots of movies & books! You can never be bored here or feel like you're missing something. I loved that everything was labelled and organized, so you could always find everything you need. The location is so beautiful and peaceful, and right on the water. My family and I had an amazing time and would come back again! Thank you!!

We are a family of four with two young kids, and the stay in Azar’s peaceful waters cottage was great. The cottage is beautiful, decorated in very good taste, perfectly equipped and feels very homey. It is very clear that many details have been thought of to make it extremely friendly for guests, particularly for families (for example, there were spare change of sheets in the children’s bedrooms). We stayed there during a snowstorm weekend, so there we didn’t do a lot of travel around the area, but just staying in and hanging around the cottage was beautiful and very enjoyable. The location is very private and quiet. It is a perfect place for families. We would definitely come back to Azar’s cottage to visit the area at other seasons as well.

We discovered the perfect secluded getaway in this beautifully maintained property. The grounds were consistently plowed during snowfall, making our winter stay worry-free. The main cottage comfortably accommodated our group of 5, featuring a fully-equipped kitchen and a thoughtful welcome kit with snacks and coffee. Two full bathrooms with provided toiletries made sharing the space easy, and the comfortable beds ensured restful nights. The clean, spacious hot tub was perfect for relaxing after outdoor activities, and the reliable wifi kept us connected. We enjoyed both the excellent heating system and the cozy wood fireplace, all while taking in beautiful waterfront views. Killbear Provincial Park, just 40 minutes away, offered excellent winter hiking. Quick tips: bring extra towels as only one is provided per person, and pack slip-on shoes for travelling between cottages. While water has a slight odour, it tastes perfectly fine. We’d love to return in the summer! Highly recommend!

We had a great stay at the guest cabin. The place was very clean and well stocked. It is evident that Ryan and Bryan took time to think about the small details which goes a long way for the guests. The hosts were very responsive and even organized an early check-in for us. It truly was a perfect stay. A big thank you to Ryan and Bryan for everything. We hope to have them host us again sometime soon.

We had an amazing stay at Amanda’s place! The property was spotless when we arrived, and the peaceful surroundings made for a perfect getaway. We enjoyed a fantastic BBQ, a cozy bonfire, and boating on the beautiful lake. Amanda was a wonderful host, providing everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking to relax and enjoy nature. We’ll definitely be back!

We had a great time at Yvonne's place over the holidays. The cottage is extremely cozy and homey, and the property is beautiful. It's a great view overlooking the lake, and with all the snow on the trees it was magical. The cottage was equipped with everything you need from cookware, board games, books, fire wood, streaming services and lots of extra blankets which we appreciated! We would love to visit here again and experience it in the summer months too. Yvonne was very responsive to our questions and needs, and is extremely friendly. Very responsive host, easy to communicate with! When something is missed by the cleaner, frank was able to help us with solution. The place is very quiet and peaceful, very recommend for small families.

We enjoyed a wonderful Thanksgiving weekend with family at the cottage. Cozy, clean and everything we needed! Gorgeous and peaceful lake views and nice walking around the area. Playground nearby for the little kids and big kids too. Would recommend.

Hilltop Hideway is extremely comfortable recreational facility which can satisfy everyone. This cottage is very well equipped, with a lot of space to relax. The facility is very modern with most updated amenities. It is tremendous location, close to Arrowhead and Algonquin Provincial Parks and with the short distance to Huntsville. The host Igor was responding to any inquiries friendly and on time. We can strongly recommend this facility for those looking for: relax, outdoor activity and those wanted to explore all attractions listed in the cottage leaflet. Me and my friends had a great experience at the Long House, the pictures do not do it enough justice, it is beautiful. Everything was close proximity to the cottage and the hosts were very kind and helpful whenever we needed anything. Would love to come here again
