The Carriage House is the second floor of our cedar stables that was turned into an apartment years ago. It has been completely redone and professionally decorated to make it a cozy + luxe retreat with beautiful views. While we no longer use the stables to house animals we still keep a few head of cattle + sheep in the pasture for your enjoyment. The wall of windows along the back of the apartment offer you the most stunning views of the surrounding farmland and an unforgettable sunrise.

"The Roost" is on the upper level of our refurbished hen house which is located on a quiet country road. Enjoy the rustic farmhouse décor along with some local touches and try to imagine that this was once an actual hen house that has been completely renovated. If you need more space, maybe traveling with family or friends but still want your privacy, consider renting together with "The Nest" on the lower level.

Tack Room at Oak Meadow Farms

The Tack Room was created out of space in a historic 1860 barn just a few miles outside the village of Watkins Glen. But while inside a barn, where saddles were once stored, you'll find all the comforts of home with a full bath, kitchen, queen bed, tables and chairs and adjoining bunk room.
