Die Villa Mariza liegt in Sutivanac, im Herzen Istriens. Sie ist für einen komfortablen Aufenthalt von bis zu 6 Gästen ausgelegt und bietet alles für einen erholsamen Urlaub. Es gibt zwei Schlafzimmer mit eigenem Bad, ein zusätzliches WC, ein geräumiges Wohnzimmer mit Schlafsofa und eine komplett ausgestattete Küche. The house was completely renovated in 2020 using only natural materials and respecting the Istrian cultural heritage. A beautiful swimming pool stands out on the spacious garden. Every detail was carefully taken into account when arranging the house.
