14명 인원이 각자 침대가 있고 공간이 효율적으로 분리되어 있어서 워크샵을 하는데 좋았습니다. 오후 남는 시간 동안 근처 휴양림에서 산책을 할수 있는 것도 좋았습니다. 좋은 숙소 / 감사 했습니다.

Its our second time stay at hyunjoo place. At first theres a problem with the washing machine but problem solved in less than 1 hour. Turns out the pipe is frozen and hyunjoo solved it very quickly. Location wise, hyunjoo’s place is very very strategic, its walking distance to Seoul station. Only 2 mins to bus stops. Myeongdong only 3 bus stops away. Minimarket also in walking distance. Hyunjoo’s place really clean, look exactly like the photos. Bedding is clean and smells nice. And as an added value, bidet is available in the bathroom ✅ She is very friendly, responsive and helpful. Really love to stay at her place again when we revisit Seoul.

Host is very friendly. She went out of her way to make us feel comfortable and provide local recommendations. And her recommendations were excellent. The house was very comfortable for four adults. I would definitely consider returning when I return to Seoul next time.

I had a great stay at Sang Gil's rental. Everything was clean and he was very accommodating with early check in and helping me with my bags. I did forget to check the listing for an elevator and didn't realize there wasn't an elevator and the apartment is on the 4th floor, but that's my own fault. I got some much needed exercise. Most attractions were 30-45 taxi ride(Gangnam, Namdaemun, Myeongdong.) I enjoyed the residential neighborhood and the lack of tourists. Haha. Definitely would rent here again! Love the huge terrace and household was fully stocked.

200% 만족합니다. 호스트분 응답도 빠르고 집도 사진과 거의 동일합니다. 다른 에어비앤비 많이 가봤는데 청결도 최상 정말 깨끗했어요!!! 특히 침구관리가 너무 잘되어있어 잠을 잘잘수 있었습니다. 위치도 구의역, 강변역 모두 가까워서 움직이기 좋았고 걸어 나가면 바로 앞에 편의점, 커피숍도 있어서 간단히 아침식사하기도 편했습니다. 재방문 의사 무조건 있어요 강추!!!

Me and my family had a really good time staying here up in Yongsan! The apartment was clean, spacious, and had all the amenities we needed. Our host, Mari, was kind and very responsive :) The neighborhood is really nice, quiet around the house, and a bit more lively when you go down to the main street where the buses go and towards Itaewon. Only note that the walk up to the house is quite steep and can be challenging for some. There are a bunch of different locals and cute cafés around. We also felt like we could reach everything from here easily by bus as there are several bus lines close by that run very frequently.

The room was very beautiful and clean. When I entered the house, it smelled nice, and the decoration had a modern white-tone style. The service was good, and its location near entertainment areas made transportation more convenient. If I have the chance to travel to Korea again, I will still choose this place and recommend it to many of my friends.

Excellent Hôte ! Je vous le recommande ! Disponible / réactif / amical / très gentil. L’appartement est bien situé proche de toutes commodités ( market / restaurant/ métro) L’appartement est très confortable, et bien pensé. Bref combo gagnant : hôte exceptionnel + appartement nickel

Exactly as it’s shown and described with all the mod cons you need. Extremely easy location for public transportation with subway and bus stops just at your doorstep. Paris Baguette and a small Lotte supermarket round the corner for convenience, if like our family you need to whip up simple breakfasts before the day’s activities. If taking taxis there’s significant congestion in certain directions at certain times, but I’m guessing this is similar for central Seoul in general. Coex itself is a pretty dated mall so does not warrant a standalone trip there. You get very quick responses to any queries which is helpful. If renting car please note building car park only takes regular sized, no SUVs or larger.

숙소는 서울대입구역에서 정말 가깝고 침구 및 욕실 등은 사진과 동일했습니다. 삼일간 잘 지내고 갑니다!

This is a fantastic apartment. Tessie is an amazing hostess. communication is flawless, shopping/restaurants are all so close. The apartment is less than 50 meters to the subway, the express bus to airport is right across the street. The unit is a large open plan studio type apt w 2 large beds, TV, microwave, sofa, dining table, full kitchen, and a combo washer/dryer. The bathroom is nice and the shower has great water pressure & is big enough for 2 😉. Tessie helped us find a large Korean grocery that was about 4 subway stops that was amazing. This is a gem and Tessie is one of the reasons for this. I can't say enough great things about this apartment. We will definitely stay with her again when we come back to Seoul.

We had a great stay at this place in Seoul! The location was convenient—close to public transport, restaurants, and shops. The room was clean, cozy, and had everything we needed. The host was responsive and helpful throughout.

More beautiful in real life, the views are incredible as is the comfort. Locate is great, right next to the subway, a beautiful temple and a shopping mall with the famous book store but more importantly the area is still quiet. Chris was an amazing host, left clear instructions and quick to response to any questions asked. Would say here again
