Nous avons adoré notre séjour dans votre magnifique villa, la vue est époustouflante et la piscine au top. Le restaurant à proximité est parfait. Nous vous remercions pour ce beau séjour.

Alloggio pulitissimo e la posizione è fantastica, si affaccia direttamente sulla piscina e sulla spiaggia semi-privata. Abbiamo soggiornato in 10 amici per un addio al celibato, dispone di 5 camere matrimoniali, ognuna con il proprio bagno, una cucina spaziosa, una sala, ed uno spazio all’esterno dove poter mangiare. Dista circa 15 minuti di auto dal centro di Ypsos.

A very peaceful location, which is just what we wanted. Inland but with lovely views and only 15 minutes drive from the nearest beaches. The pool is great, surrounded by trees so there's some shade if required. The Villa is a little dated in its presentation compared to modern standards, but there's plenty of space and comfy chairs to sit in. I didn't realise there would be air conditioning available, but what a godsend - it was really hot while we were here, so it was a relief to sit indoors and cool down! Its a great place to stay, I would come again.

Villa Fioraki je jednoducho nadherna, citili sme sa tam okamzite ako doma. Hlavne vdaka Antonisovi, ktory je priatelsky, ulahci vam kazdy krok pri ubytovani aj celom pobyte. Vila je obrovska, kazda izba ma vlastnu kupelnu, vybavenie, kuchyna plna vybavenia, nic nam nechybalo. Bazen dokonale cisty, aj ked samozrejme takto v aprili este studeny (aj tak sme sa okupali :)). Vybavenie ku grilu je k dispozicii. Jedina nevyhoda je poloha, je dobre mat auto, kedze vila je na kopci a dalej od mesta. My sme si vsak radi urobili prechadzku k restauracii a vobec to nebolo zle :) Dakujeme, prideme opat.

Die Unterkunft bot alles , was das Herz begehrt. Der Pool mit der atemberaubenden Aussicht war ein Traum. Die Küche war super ausgestattet, die Betten sehr bequem. Das ganze Haus ist so stilvoll, gemütlich und charmant eingerichtet, dass man sich gleich Zuhause gefühlt hat. Ich muss unbedingt noch den erstklassigen Service durch Rita erwähnen. Sie ist sehr auf das Wohl der Gäste bedacht und hat uns rundum zufriedengestellt! Wir werden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen!

I am delighted to be able to recommend Aline and Nikos’s home to stay. Such a wonderful open and spacious home with everything you could need from Kitchen to Bathrooms to Bedrooms. The pool is a great size and a perfect sun-trap, plus shaded areas around the house for cover from the sun should you need it. Wonderfully peaceful and remote enough for privacy whilst also close enough to all areas of Corfu for easy access. You do need a car. As for Aline and Nikos, absolute 5 star hosts for whom nothing was too much trouble who were always very swift to respond to queries and such. They also recommended some very good restaurants in the area. We will hopefully return one day as it was everything i’d hoped for and more.

Wir, eine Familie mit Kindern im Alter von 7 und 9 Jahren, verbrachten im Oktober 2021 die Herbstferien in der wunderschönen Villa. Das Wetter war durchwachsen und reichte von warmen sonnigen Tagen am und im Pool bis zu kühlen stürmischen Regentagen. Das Ferienhaus liegt wunderschön in den Bergen mit einem großartigen Blick bis zum Meer. Viele Ausflugsziele (z.B. Kap Drastis, Angelokastro, Schmetterlingsbucht) und Traumstrände (z.B. Agios Stefanos, Arillas Beach) befinden sich in der direkten Umgebung. Vor Ort gibt es eine Taverne, einen Bäcker und einen Supermarkt. Das Haus ist gemütlich eingerichtet, sehr ruhig gelegen und verfügt über viele Annehmlichkeiten. Die Ausstattung ist bestens, u.a. Klimaanlage mit Heizfunktion; Betten mit guten Matratzen und warmen Steppdecken; schnelles Internet im Erdgeschoss; Smart-TV mit Möglichkeit Netflix zu schauen; Küche mit Backofen, Herd, Mikrowelle und Spülmaschine. Das Haus ist kleiner als es auf den Fotos scheint, bietet aber auch bei Regentagen genug Platz. Maria und ihr Mann sind herzliche Gastgeber. Zur Begrüßung gab es einen Obstkorb, Bier und Wasser im Kühlschrank sowie Leckereien für die Kinder. Auch während des Aufenthaltes wurden wir bestens umsorgt, ohne gestört zu werden. Auf Nachfrage gab es extra große Pooltücher und Taps für die Waschmaschine. Von uns gibt es fünf Sterne und eine klare Empfehlung.

Vicky est une hôte très agréable, toujours prête à répondre à nos questions. Emplacement idéal pour découvrir l’île tout en étant dans un environnement paisible, une maison parfaite pour 8 adultes avec une vue à couper le souffle.

The villa is utterly fantastic. A beautiful home with plenty of space for our party of six. The home was well stocked with amenities, such as towels and loo roll. We loved our stay.

We loved our stay here! The villa was beautiful, very clean and has everything you need. Agni bay is great - a few restaurant options and boat hire from the bay. We didn’t have a car and didn’t miss it - local supermarkets even do delivery. It’s a lovely pleasant 20 minute walk to Kalami bay. Beautiful sunrises over Albania too. Ingrid was very helpful and friendly, and the housekeeping staff were great. (Do bring your mosquito spray!)

Apart from some confusion at check in this was an amazing holiday. The Villa is absolutely lovely and the view is incredible. Everything exactly as described. You can walk into Gaios via an unmade path (could be a little tough if you're mobility isn't great) it takes about 10 mins to get there. We hired a car and great that we could park it so close. The pool is lovely as are the surroundings. Very close to a few other villas but still feels very private. We were well looked after with any queries or issues. Absolutely love Paxos, the people are very friendly and it's just stunning. We'll be back I reckon.

Christo a été un hôte parfait : il a été extrêmement proactif lors de notre arrivée puisqu’il est venu nous chercher à l’aéroport pour nous guider jusqu’à la villa où il nous avait laissé un panier repas en guise de cadeau de bienvenue. Il a toujours été extrêmement réactif au moindre souci que nous avons pu rencontrer, nous a fait des recommandations d’activité ou de restaurant tout à long du séjour… S’agissant de la villa, elle a satisfait à toutes nos demandes et même au delà : spacieuse et décorée avec gout, la piscine était extrêmement belle, les chambres bien rangées, les salles de bain et la cuisine très propres… La vue était imprenable, l’endroit était calme et paisible, tout ce qu’il faut pour passer un excellent moment sans déranger le voisinage qui est pratiquement inexistant. Je recommande donc largement de séjourner dans cette villa où tout autre logement qui serait géré par cet hôte. Encore merci pour tout Christo, nous avons passé un séjour inoubliable grâce à toi !

If, like us, you're looking for luxury in central Corfu, with high levels of cleanliness and facilities, in a secluded location, but not too far from the action, then this is the place for you. It has probably the largest private pool we've come across, which isn't heated but doesn't need to be, as the Corfu sun ensures it is lovely and warm at all times. You will need a car to get around but, because of its central location, east and west coasts are within easy reach and Aqualand Corfu is just 5 minutes away. Alexis was the perfect host, always on hand to answer our queries, provide recommendations, and also made us extremely welcome with plenty of essentials in the fridge when we arrived. Seriously, what's not to like?!!

Wow! What a fantastic stay myself and 11 others had at Casa T for my sister’s hen weekend. Christos’s communication and responses to messages was brilliant and our stay would not have been what it was without his parents Spiros and Maria. Spiros took us to the supermarket and Corfu town to save us ordering taxi’s and gave us recommendations of places to visit and Maria cooked us the most delicious dinner on our last night. Thank you all so much for making my sisters hen weekend perfect. I would definitely recommend the villa to others (we are even considering coming back)!

The villa was comfortable, spacious and perfect for a large family group. The pool was lovely if a little chilly in April, and the surroundings were peaceful with a stunning view from the lounge balcony. Dinos met us when we arrived and was friendly and helpful and responded immediately when we contacted him. Thank you Dinos!

Spiros and his family was so kind and helpful during this 1 week stay in november in corfou. Villa araxali is a perfect place to relax, enjoy the pool and marvelous garden close from 2 beachs. The house is perfectly equiped and cleaned one of the best airbnb we have been for almost ten years thks Spiros !

We have just come back from our first time on Paxos. Villa Thea was perfect, great views out to see. Peaceful surroundings with lovely flowers and olive trees. The pool made the holiday. The walk to Loggos or Marmari beach (well worth a visit) was 20 minutes down a tarmac road. We didn’t attempt the walk back up to the villa due to the heat and how steep it was, so we found Christos taxi’s brilliant as they could seat 6 of us. Plus we were often carrying supplies for the villa. Lots of space for 6 of us. No WiFi but we found using our uk data was fine. Or you can buy a local SIM from a shop in Lakka There are cats on the island and a few hung around the villa. They didn’t bother us, just sunbathing in the garden. They were fed by a local lady. Would definitely stay in this villa again and thoroughly recommend to others. Paxos is a stunning island and not overcrowded for August, the local people were so kind and helpful

A wonderful villa that is highly recommended. Dora and Eirini were perfect hosts. On arrival a thoughtful selection of supplies was provided. These were most appreciated. The villa is spacious and comfortable. All necessary amenities were available including a dishwasher and washing machine. Outside is a proper swimming pool that is very secluded. The terrace has amazing views with plenty of shade. Great for relaxing or dining al fresco. The villa is around 200m above sea level, reached by a narrow road. This was an experience to drive at first, but we soon became used to it. Overall: 10/10

Wir waren mit unserem Sohn und unserer Schwiegertochter 5 Tage bei Stefanie zu Gast Das Haus ist absolut perfekt ausgestattet. Es fehlt wirklich nichts. Wir haben von Stefanie tolle Restauranttips bekommen und sie war immer total hilfsbereit. Die Lage des Hauses ist auch wirklich gut. Man ist nicht direkt im Trubel des Ortes und kann alles dennoch ganz gut zu Fuß erreichen. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und können Stefanie und Ihr Haus uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen.

Our time at the villa was very nice. The property was exactly as depicted in the photos and had nice amenities. Agios Thomas is a quiet town, with great beaches within a 45 min drive. During our stay, we had an issue with plumbing, but Tonia and the Sezian team were responsive and helped us with the issue. Over all, we had a very nice stay.

Beautiful, comfortable, peaceful. Great base for Corfu adventures!

First, I booked this whilst on the road. for the next day. The hosts were soo accommodating as it was not ready when I booked but by the time I arrived ( early) all was done including the pool! Remember it is outside the holiday season in Greece. The place is immaculate, with beautiful furniture and fittings. Nothing was too much trouble. I took it for myself, but 3 fellow motorcyclist turned up and we loved it so much, and the area for an extra day. cannot fault anything or the hosts. Good tip given, is walk to town, taxi back. Séjour incroyable dans la villa Eleonas. Qualité des services à la hauteur de la prestation proposée. Femme de ménage compétente, rapide et très agréable. Villa un peu à l’écart du village mais tranquillité et beauté du paysage qui en valent vraiment le coup. Merci pour ce voyage inoubliable.

Villa very modern, clean, private, had everything we needed, spacious with wonderful views. Great location if you want to explore local area and beyond, with some great beaches nearby. Hubert is a great host, clear instructions on where to meet when we got there, always attentive if we needed anything and happy to provide any recommendations on where to eat/visit. Would highly recommend the Villa, especially with Hubert making it a great holiday.
