Located in the sought-after Waterview area, you'll enjoy excellent walkability to the waterfront trail, Point Ruston, shops & restaurants. Enjoy a well-stocked kitchenette, free self-serve laundry, and private entrance. Free on-site & street parking. No street lights = magical stargazing nights! Pets/parties not allowed.

Tacoma Hideaway • Near Downtown & Waterfront

Our home is located in Central Tacoma. It is fully furnished with 2 beds, a living room with a small dining table, fully stocked kitchen, full bathroom & outdoor firepit area with a grill. This is the bottom level of a home that has been turned into a duplex. We rent out both spaces on Airbnb and the backyard is a shared space between both rentals! We use surveillance cameras around the exterior of the home for security. There are no cameras in the home as that would violate Airbnb’s policy.

Point Defiance/Ruston; extra clean, self check in!

Nestled between city and nature, Pt Defiance Quarters overlooks the Puget Sound at the entrance to 5 mile drive. Enjoy coffee on the covered porch while watching the ferry come in! Unwind in this bright, spacious studio, sleeping in the cozy, queen size bed. Less than a mile away you’ll find the Pt Ruston waterfront – enjoy a movie, eat, shop, play. An even shorter walk in the other direction will take you to our award winning zoo, beautiful rose and dahlia gardens, and peaceful duck pond.

This Tiny (340 Square ft including loft) Garden House is the perfect retreat and tiny living experience for anyone visiting Tacoma or the surrounding area! Equipped with all of the essentials - a queen-size bed (loft), full-size pull out sofa, smart TV, Fireplace, A/C, refrigerator, gourmet coffee maker, 2 induction cooktops, spa shower with 9 different shower heads, fast Wifi, private entrance with a charming patio, and more! The Garden House is sure to please any traveler passing through.

Welcome home to this cozy craftsman with unique "cabin" finishes located in beautiful N. Tacoma just a few blocks from the University of Puget Sound and Old Town.
