Giuseppe è un ospite gentilissimo e molto disponibile; l'appartamento è completo di tutto quello che può essere necessario e non abbiamo veramente dovuto acquistare nulla: era già tutto a ns. disposizione: dalle bevande nel frigo al necessario per la colazione. L'appartamento si trova in una zona assolutamente centrale, pur restando in una stradina riparata e tranquilla. In definitiva, sicuramente un'ottima scelta come punto d'appoggio per visitare L'Aquila e i suoi dintorni. Se ci capiterà di ripassare, ci fermeremo senz'altro nuovamente da Giuseppe.

Posto molto carino e confortevole, con un balcone che dà sul lago, con una splendida atmosfera dove ci si può rilassare mentre gli interni impeccabili, tutto in ordine e facilmente accessibile, la comunicazione con Paolo è stata sembre veloce e diretta, è stta un'ottima esperienza che consiglio a chiunque voglia visitare questo posto.

I’m beyond excited with this place and the host. everything was excellent, very clean place, smelled lovely, had toys for kids to play with, the host left for us all kind of sweets, icecream, juice, water, some food for breakfast, really really nice. and the communication was excellent! and I asked a lot of questions, believe me! she replied instantly and very helpful and detailed. highly recommend!

Wir hatten eine wunderschöne Zeit. Es war wirklich alles im Haus, was man braucht. Tolle Gegend, Parkplatztechnisch bisschen schwierig, man findet aber immer einen Platz. Eine wirklich sehr liebevolle Familie. Vielen Dank nochmal für alles! 🥰

Abbiamo prenotato per una sola notte data la vicinanza alla stazione sciistica di Ovindoli (30 min) ma, anche se per poco, è stato tutto perfetto. Luigi disponibilissimo e gentilissimo, oltre ad averci permesso di arrivare oltre la mezzanotte ci ha fatto trovare un gioiello di casa. Pulita, dotata di ogni comfort, letto comodissimo e colazione pronta per la mattina dopo. Che dire, sembrava di esser a casa propria, torneremo sicuramente se ne avremo necessità.

Stay in Cristina's apartment for 5 nights, when arrived Cristina provided clear instructions to get into the home. There was little notes labeling where to keep bags, instructions on keys etc (found this very cute and nice). the area itself is wonderful, it is about 25 mins to central Rome by metro (about a 4 min walk) located in the center of the town. Around are lots of cafes with great bakeries and a lot restaurants/food spots. The apartment was provided with compliments in the kitchen and also a section in the fridge to purchase some beverages (alc), there was bathrobes and towels also in the bedroom. The overall aesthetic of the apartment was wonderful and the terrace area was very cosy and chill. Overall everything was amazing, would definitely stay here again. xx

Paolo’s place is absolutely beautiful. The views are breathtaking. The home is clean and cozy. We loved our stay with our fur babies. The home had everything you need for a nice stay. Such a beautiful place with a kind and responsive host! Alessandro provided us a very quiet spot that was a great place to rest in between busy travels. He also let us store our bags past check out which was super helpful. he was not kidding about having a car being the best for this location, especially if you are looking to get places at certain times. We learned that the hard way instead of listening to his original recommendation 😅 if you are looking for a peaceful place off the beaten path with no strict schedule, this is the perfect spot!

Casa davvero bella, si è rivelata perfetta per il nostro gruppo. Stile rustico di montagna molto curato, con a disposizione tutto il necessario per sfruttare gli spazi; abbiamo goduto in particolare del giardino attrezzato grazie alle piacevolissime temperature nei giorni in cui abbiamo soggiornato, bellissima vista, privacy e pace. La posizione è eccellente per raggiungere con poca fatica i tantissimi luoghi da visitare nelle vicinanze, da Santo Stefano di Sessanio e Rocca Calascio, fino a Campo Imperatore, così come l'Aquila. Luigi e Antonia sono host attenti ai dettagli, super disponibili e velocissimi a rispondere ad ogni esigenza, ci hanno anche ben indirizzato per degli ottimi arrosticini, cotti al barbecue in giardino. STRACONSIGLIATO!

Siamo stati 3 giorni e ci siamo veramente rilassati, l’alloggio vale il prezzo…. C’era tutto il necessario. Personale sempre disponibile! Grazie mille, torneremo sicuramente!

Abbiamo soggiornato nella casa di Kristina per un weekend tra amici ed è stata un’esperienza meravigliosa. La casa è spaziosa, bellissima e dotata di tutto ciò di cui avevamo bisogno: non è mancato assolutamente nulla. La vista è semplicemente stupenda, ci ha accompagnati in ogni momento della giornata rendendo il soggiorno ancora più speciale. Un ringraziamento particolare va anche ai vicini, Luigi e Ivana, persone gentilissime e accoglienti che ci hanno fatto sentire davvero i benvenuti. Kristina è stata super disponibile e gentile. Torneremo sicuramente!

Abbiamo trascorso un soggiorno fantastico in questo appartamento! La posizione era perfetta. Claudio è stato super disponibil. L'appartamento era pulito, accogliente e ben arredato, con tutte le comodità di cui avevamo bisogno. Ci siamo sentiti come a casa! Consiglio vivamente questo posto a chiunque voglia esplorare la zona. Torneremo presto!!!

Roberto is a wonderful host that goes out of his way to make you feel comfortable. He was very responsive and helpful. He is very friendly and warm. The home is exactly as described. It has many amenities that make even a long stay comfortable. The home is spacious and can certainly host a family. The kitchen is well-equipped if you'd like to make your own meals The home is situated in a very charming square and only steps from the main square of Castel Gandolfo. Castel Gandolfo is a very beautiful and charming town. I highly recommend this airbnb if you are in the area.

I LOVED THIS STAY AND LOCATION!!! I will be back for sure and I will definitely stay at this same location with Michele. The location was away from the touristy and busy location of Downtown Rome, but literally 2 min walking from the Lucio Sestio Metro Station. It only takes 10-15 minutes to get to any main attraction Downtown Rome. Michele had plenty of local recommendations for food and activities and had them easily available via Google Map he shared. The house is beautiful, well lit, and breezy with 4 balcony openings. The Turkish Steam Bath and Jacuzzi Tub are perfect to come back and relax and reset with at the end of a full day of walking tourist attractions. We were also able to easily visit Sorrento, Napoli, Bologna, and Venice all from this location using metro and fast train. We never rented a car. Michele was quick with all his responses. We enjoyed many restaurants in the area for classic Italian pastas, pizzerias, Japanese Ramen, Gelato shops, etc. LOVE AND RECOMMEND!

Appartamento delizioso con tutti i confort host gentile e premurosa esperienza da ripetere senza alcun dubbio

This was the first place we stayed in Rome, and it was incredibly clean and safe. The apartment had a private parking space and was in pristine condition. The bedding was freshly laundered, spotless, and smelled wonderful. Everything we needed was provided — kitchenware, a fully equipped kitchen, a washing machine, detergent — and even sparkling water was prepared for us since we arrived late at night. The host was extremely kind, always reachable, and ready to help with anything. If we come back to Rome, we would definitely love to stay here again.

Abbiamo soggiornato per 2 notti nell'appartamento di Lella, è stato bello scambiare qualche chiacchiera con lei telefonicamente, davvero una brava e disponibile persona. Posizione ottima, vicinissima alle piste da scii e a 2 minuti di macchina dal centro. Casa molto attrezzata. Tutto molto pulito e curato, un plus la presenza del camino che ci ha tenuti ancora più caldi. Consigliatissima per una bella scappatina in montagna. Grazie di tutto Lella, ritorneremo!

L' alloggio è facilmente raggiungibile in automobile ed è effettivamente ben curato e dotato dei comfort di una casa moderna. Si raggiunge facilmente la stazione della metro di Anagnina e da lì si arriva tramite metro in qualsiasi punto di Roma in circa mezz'ora. Giuseppe è stato super disponibile in tutto ed anche le indicazioni su dove andare a mangiare sono state utilissime. Esperienza super positiva, se dovessi tornare a Roma prenoterei nuovamente lì!
