The upper floor of our house is the best place to enjoy the jungle around you and become one with the nature. The ocean is just a short walk away. Use our simple beach bikes to explore the estonishing nature around Manzanillo and enjoy awesome beach days. Kids are welcome, we are living on the downstairs floor and have 2 small kids. Our 2 dogs and 1 cat are moving freely around. You have your separate entrance, private kitchen and bathroom. We are excited to share our little paradise with you.

Welcome to our private rustic studio located directly in Punta Uva! Enjoy the breeze with your morning coffee or while you are working. We have Starlink wifi, very basic kitchenette, a beach cafe near, small shop nearby & we're 8km south of Puerto Viejo with restaurants, nightlife, & more! A gentle reminder that the beach is public & busy/loud on weekends & holiday weeks. This is one side of a duplex, and does not have an ocean view but is about 50 feet from ocean. One queen & one single bed.

It will be a joy to come home from a day at the beach to this quiet spacious apartment. You'll love waking up to the sound of howler monkeys and birds. Enjoy coffee on the front porch while you take in the beautiful gardens. You might spot a troup of howler or capuchin monkeys, or maybe even a sloth. Often you can hear the sound of the ocean. We have dozens of fruit trees and a flock of ducks that roam the property. If you'd like, we are happy to give you a tour of our little farm.
