Fantastic, new and well-maintained apartment in the middle of Sukhumvit. Because of the low-rise building, do not expect superior views. However, there are so many good things about this place that I would return anytime.

I had a wonderful stay for two nights here. The location is unbeatable—right next to the BTS, which made getting around the city super easy. The place was spotless, very clean and well-maintained. I also felt completely safe throughout my stay. Tassanee was extremely kind and responsive, always quick to reply to any questions. Highly recommend for anyone visiting Bangkok!

It was located just in front of Central Chaeng Wattana and MTR Pink Line. Location was superb for mobilization using public transport. Rooms are very convenient and comfy. The Views was stunning and can enjoy beautiful Bangkok city from the 28th floor. The building is wheelchair accessible and just beside the main road surrounded by many restaurants.

Carl was a great host. I enjoyed my stay very much. There is great restaurants just outside of the condo. Its a very lively area 5 min walk towards scenespace. There is a 7-11 right across the condo which was extremely helpful! Thanks again for the lovely stay.

One of the best rooms and reasonable!

The apartment is in old building, but the inside is totally renovated and nice. I love the place, it's close to everywhere, only need Grab or Bolt if you are lazy to walk. I am impressed on how Matt provides spotless white hand towel and bathroom mat. He even provides laundry detergent and snacks ! Overall I'm satisfied. Thanks Matt !

The house was perfect for my family of 5. It's interior was beautiful, clean and organised, just like the pictures. Everything that we needed was available and more. Truly felt like being back at my own home. It's close enough to the busy street of Sukhumvit Rd, where everything is available, yet far enough from the sounds of the busy Sukhumvit Rd. Our stay there was quiet and peaceful. A definite recommendation to stay at Mint's if you are visiting Bangkok with a large family. Looking forward to stay again at Mint's on my next trip to Bangkok in the near future.

Patty’s place was perfect for our family. Great location as easy to walk to restaurants. We really enjoyed our time at her place.

Jenny’s place is extremely spacious. Lots of bathrooms, plenty of space, smoking area, private parking. It’s also a heaven for stair lovers😉. Jenny has been of great help - replying instantly and yummy breakfasts that were delivered to us each morning made us feel very welcomed. Thank you Jenny. Wishing you all the best.

Cadre de vie assez incroyable dans Bangkok. Très bon accueil, particulierement chaleureux..La famille de Sirichan est très gentille et disponible. Très bons conseils et accompagnement lors de notre séjour. Un immense merci pour cette belle immersion dans le quartier des klongs.

Second stay in the room. As described, very spacious and comfortable. It is only 5 minute walk to MRT Suthisarn. Enjoyed the nearby massage store, delicious food and convenient stores nearby ( 7 eleven, family mart, lotus express etc.) I will come back again :):)

We loved staying at Panidhi’s place! Great location, just a short walk to Sukhumvit, with a calmer atmosphere. The apartment was exactly as described, super clean, and communication with Panidhi was fast and easy. Highly recommend!

I enjoyed my stay at this property. P’ Pimnara was nice to greet me and show me the apartment. It may not be a huge apartment but definitely cosy. The nearest BTS is a bit of a walk and may be a bit difficult to walk to if you have a lot of luggages as the side walks are not big enough. However it is near many amenities. 7-11, Pharmacy, Big C Supermarket, Starbucks and many others. When I arrived at the property, it was 3 days after the earthquake that happened in Myanmar. While there are some superficial cracks, it is very safe and comfortable. The building security is also strict, which is good - for the safety of the residence. The toilet is spotless, the house is clean, the fridge works well, the television too and I think most importantly, bed is comfortable. I had a good stay here and without a doubt will be back again whenever I am able to book it for a trip to Bangkok. Thank you again for the space to feel home.

What a fantastic stay at Srilaksana’s place! This condo has everything you need for a stay in Bangkok. The pool is even more beautiful than the pictures, the gym is great, you can get a full workout in. The staff are all friendly, we always took the BTS when we went into the city as it comes often and it’s right outside the condo. Our host would always reply immediately for any questions. Thanks so much for the lovely stay here, we really appreciate everything! Also the grab food pickup point is so nice! You just order, go downstairs and the food is safe in a box.

Eine unfassbar zuvorkommende und hilfsbereite Kommunikation im Vorfeld. Immer erreichbar und hilfsbereit! Persönliches willkommen mit anschließender Apartmentbesichtigung! Alles in einem so angenehmen und freundlichen Vibe. Das Apartment war wie beschrieben, absolut gemütlich und unfassbar sauber! Die Anlage mit insgesamt 3 Pools und das Gym einfach nur traumhaft.
