Each property has his own garden , Barbecue and Patio with dining area . Inside is available a fully furnished kitchen , 2 bedroom ( one with double and one wit two small single beds ) a bathroom with shower. Wi fi , Air conditioning in each room and a sofà bed in kitchen completed the offer of this property

Una location unica in un angolo di paradiso ,siamo nello splendido golfo di Orosei Avviso da Aprile 2023 il comune di Orosei ha istituito la tassa di soggiorno di €1 al giorno a persona con età superiore ai 12 anni. Alloggiando nella villa beneficerete della comodità di recarvi in spiaggia a piedi in soli 2 minuti. La spiaggia è incorniciata da una folta pineta in cui potrete senz’altro trattenervi per gustarvi uno spuntino rinfrescante o anche un gustoso pasto, e se dopo una lunga giornata di mare avete voglia di una serata un po’ frizzante, a pochi km potete trovare i divertimenti e gli intrattenimenti notturni dei locali e delle discoteche situate nelle località vicine (Budoni,San Teodoro,La Caletta).

Passeggia a due minuti dalla casa con i piedi nell’acqua: spiagge e scogliere una dopo l’altra con vista incredibile sulle isole. Appartamento con vista mozzafiato sull’isola di Tavolara immerso nella natura e nella quiete. A 15 min da Olbia aeroporto e porto. Raggiungi a piedi spiagge libere e attrezzate e il porticciolo con bar e ristorante. (Non adatto a bimbi sotto i 5 anni).
