Gli aspetti in assoluto più positivi sono stati la comunicazione amichevole e reattiva, la flessibilità oraria e la disponibilità in generale. L'alloggio in sé era gradevole e conforme alla descrizione. Consigliato!

Lovely spacious and very modern apartment, I had a lovely stay here for two weeks with my husband and two children . Close to beach , shops and restaurants . Lyed is a great host and made us feel very welcome from the moment we arrived. He was very helpful and always responded to messages Thank you for everything Lyed to you and your family ! We really enjoyed staying at Adnane's and I highly recommend it. The place is large and very nice plus it was clean and tidy. Adnane was very responsive and helpful, from the day I reserved the place until we left. He, and his Brother Tahar, really made us feel at home away from home. The neighborhood is residential, quiet and safe. It was my birthday week and Adnane made a really sweet gesture of sending a nice bouquet on the day of our arrival. He also had a lemonade and some sweets for us the day we left. Like I mentioned earlier, I really recommend the place and Adnane as a great host.

Nous avons passé un séjour inoubliable en famille dans cette superbe maison authentique, typiquement tunisienne, au bord de la mer. L'espace est vaste, idéal pour les enfants, et le jardin, côté mer comme côté piscine, est un véritable atout ! La maison est parfaitement équipée et décorée avec goût, on s'y sent comme chez soi. La proximité de la plage et la vue sur la mer ont fait de ces vacances un véritable paradis. Pour les amateurs de cuisine, tout est prévu pour régaler vos proches (four à feu de bois, barbecue, four à pain artisanal en terre cuite et une cuisine entièrement équipée). Les enfants ont pleinement profité de l'espace et du jardin pour jouer au basketball et faire du roller. Merci à notre hôte Mohamed et son assistant présent sur place pour son accueil chaleureux et sa disponibilité. Nous reviendrons sans hésitation !

Séjour parfait chez Nabil ! Son père est venu me chercher et me raccompagner à l’aéroport, un vrai plus. Il est adorable et nous avons bien discuté durant le trajet. Nabil et son père sont très réactifs et donnent d’excellents conseils. Le logement est spacieux, propre et bien situé en centre-ville. Il correspond parfaitement à l’annonce. Le lit est très confortable, et le salon/cuisine spacieux et très agréable malgré l’absence de four, qui ne m’a pas du tout dérangé. Niveau sécurité, rien à dire : la station de police juste à côté est rassurant. Tout est accessible à pied : le souk est à 2 min, la plage n’est pas loin, station de louage à même pas 10 min pour aller visiter les environs et l’ambiance du quartier est top. Je recommande à 100 % pour l’accueil, la localisation et le confort ! Une excellente adresse pour un séjour réussi !!

Mahdi’s place was a home away from home! We booked the studio too! It was sparkling clean and had everything you need during your stay as a family. Safa welcomed us when we arrived and left us with some water, bread, cakes and other stuff for breakfast :) she showed us around both of the properties and recommended some great places to eat and visit. She was super responsive on whats app and kept in touch during our stay! The kids enjoyed the apartment and sidi bou said! Our apartment was a 2 min walk to the busy street with the shops and food spots. The popular cafe des delices was a 4-5 min walk and walking down to the beach took about 20 mins. The location was perfect and it was a safe neighbourhood. I even made some cat friends and left them bowls of water outside :) thank you to Mahdi for letting us check out later since we had a night flight! I would love to visit again :)

This was a cute AirBNB to stay in. The value was hard to beat considering how close it was to the beach, restaurants, and shops in La Marsa! The apartment had traditional Tunisian vibes/decor. The hostesses were very attentive and quick to respond. Check in and checkout was easy and painless. Felt very secure as well. Would recommend staying here for your future La Marsa travel needs!

Great walkable spot to parks and restaurants and less than a 20 minute walk to the beach. The place was really nice!

Excellent séjour dans cette superbe villa ! Nous avons été tres bien accueilli du début à la fin, avec une communication et une réactivité au top. Le logement est impeccable, très bien situé avec une literie de très bonne qualité. Merci encore car nous étions en famille et nous avons pu passer d'excellents moments.

Un excellent Airbnb à la Marsa. Appartement confortable avec toutes les accommodations. Hamdi est un hôte à l’écoute et très agréable. Je recommande vivement ce lieu.

1st floor accommodation in a family house with separate entrance. 5* for cleanliness, comfort and amenities. Mariem was always quick to respond and happy to help with information and suggestions. Approx 10-15 mins from Tunis Airport (10-12 Dinars if the driver used the taxi meter), 5 mins walking distance to TGM station L'Aeroport or 7 mins to TGM Kheireddine. Train leaves from Kheireddine towards La'Marsa and Sidi Bou Said at half past every hour and cost 0.5D pp. If you wish to travel to Avenue Habib Bourguiba which leads to the old Medina/ Bab-el-Bhar, You can take a louage (yellow local shared taxi van) from the main roundabout (5 mins walk) for 1.6D pp. Around this roundabout, you will also find many food options. 2 supermarkets are approx 2-3 minutes walk, Carrefour being the better option. Fresh fruit stalls, coffee shops, little street food huts and a bakery with fresh bread and other products are all approx 2-3 minutes. Overall, a very pleasant stay with a young family.

J’ai passé un séjour très agréable. La maison est confortable et idéalement située, proche de toutes les commodités. L’hôte a été très réactive et sympathique, même si j’ai fait la réservation à la dernière minute. Je recommande sans hésiter !

Je vous recommande vivement ce logement. Oualid et Maria qui fait l’accueil sur place sont des personne d’une gentillesse inouï. Oualid est très réactif disponible et arrangeant, sa soeur Maria qui nous a accueilli accompagnée de son adorable papa a fait le nécessaire pour que le séjour se passe dans de meilleures conditions. Le logement est très confortable , très bien située, toutes les commodités sont à proximité. De nombreuses activités à côté (parachute, bateaux pirates, quad, calèche, carthage land…. Si vous vous voulez passer un séjour inoubliable n’hésitez pas à prendre cet appartement

Bel accueil, communication efficace, flexible quant à l’heure d’arrivée, check-in simple et efficace, toujours disponible pour nous fournir le nécessaire (exemple: papier toilettes, etc). Je reprendrai assurément cet hébergement dans le futur.

J'ai passé un très bon séjour dans l'appartement. La communication était très fluide. La maman de Mo m'a aussi cuisinée plusieurs plats tunisiens et évidemment délicieux ! La chambre est spacieuse, propre, bien équipée. Le jardin est magnifique avec les arbres fruitiers et le jasmin. Le quartier est calme. On peut trouver une première épicerie à moins de 10 minutes, et des taxis rapidement sur la route de Carthage. Je recommande vivement cet hôte.

E’ sempre confortevole alloggiare da voi, appartamento pulito sicuro e ordinato, per me ormai una seconda casa. Zona circostante con ristoranti locali e negozi. Ahmed sempre presente e premuroso, a disposiIone per qualsiasi consiglio o necessità. Super consigliato, tornerò presto.
