During the day, the living room is the ideal place to relax and enjoy the company, and at night, the sofa becomes a large and comfortable double bed where you can rest peacefully. The master bedroom will give you dreamy nights, with its comfortable bed and en-suite bathroom. The high-end finishes and design details will make you feel like you are in a luxurious five-star hotel. For your convenience, an umbrella is available in the flat in case of rain during your stay. If you are traveling with a baby and need a crib and high chair for your stay, you can request them in advance. The lighting throughout the apartment has been carefully designed and domotized to create different atmospheres. Fully equipped: sheets, towels, amenities kit in each bathroom, consisting of 2 gel-shampoo dispensers and 2 rolls of toilet paper. In the kitchen you will have at your disposal a welcome kit consisting of: 1 bottle of dishwasher 30ml, 1 scourer, 1 multipurpose cloth and 1 garbage bag. IMPORTANT: FOR REASONS OF HYGIENE, WE DO NOT LEAVE ANY FOOD PRODUCTS: NO OIL, NO SALT, NO VINEGAR, NO SUGAR. NO COFFEE OR TEA EITHER. It also has a microwave, toaster, coffee maker, washing machine, hair dryer, heating and air conditioning. You will be surrounded by the best haute cuisine restaurants and entertainment options. If you have access to a private vehicle, you will be able to move around the city more flexibly. Keep in mind that the centre of Madrid can have heavy traffic, especially during rush hour, so it is advisable to plan your trips in advance and consider other options if traffic is heavy. From the moment you make your booking and throughout your stay in the accommodation, until the moment you leave, I will be at your disposal to make your stay as pleasant as possible. As an added benefit for our guests, no additional charge will be applied for check-in after this time, offering you greater flexibility in case of a later arrival. We also offer early check-in and late check-out at no extra cost, subject to apartment availability. Please note that in case of lost keys or if keys are left inside the apartment, the cost of locksmith services (€150) will be the responsibility of the guest and must be paid directly to the locksmith. It is important to note that parties and noisy gatherings are strictly prohibited. Violations may lead to fines imposed by the appropriate authorities. Beds and towels will be prepared for the number of people indicated in the reservation. Accommodating more people than specified in the reservation is not allowed. We kindly remind you to turn off lights and air conditioning when leaving the apartment, and to take out the trash daily, especially during summer months. Please ensure that the apartment is left tidy upon your departure and treat the space with respect. Tourist flat registered and in compliance with current regulations. Our flat complies with all the tourist regulations in force in Spain. It has an official registration number for rental as a tourist flat and a licence.

Este coqueto y luminoso apartamento totalmente exterior se encuentra en un edificio recién construido, por lo que todo lo que ves es completamente nuevo. Lo primero que se ve es un salón amplio y luminoso gracias a sus grandes ventanas exteriores y que está dotado de Android TV de 43" y alta definición, fibra óptica de alta velocidad (100Mbps), aire acondicionado con bomba de calor, una zona de comedor con una amplia mesa con espacio para 4 personas, y un confortable sofá/cama de gama alta que, al abrirse, presenta un colchón de 1,35 metros de ancho con capacidad para que dos adultos duerman cómodamente. La cocina está integrada en el salón y está equipada con todo lo necesario para cocinar, además de contar con productos básicos como aceite, sal, café, azúcar, etc. El dormitorio dispone de una cama de matrimonio de 1,35 metros de ancho y en él hay dos mesillas de noche y un amplio armario empotrado donde podréis guardar toda vuestra ropa y enseres con comodidad. La zona es muy tranquila por la noche y el dormitorio da a un amplio patio interior, con lo cual el descanso nocturno y el silencio están garantizados. El baño se encuentra junto al recibidor y consta de cabina de ducha, espejo, secador de toallas/radiador y secador de pelo. La plaza de garaje opcional se encuentra en un parking público vigilado 24h ubicado a 280 metros del apartamento y tiene un coste de 12€ por día de estancia. El apartamento se alquila entero, por lo que los huéspedes disfrutarán de todas sus estancias en exclusiva durante las fechas de su estancia. El apartamento es completamente eléctrico y ecológico, ya que está conectado a las placas solares ubicadas en el tejado del edificio y que almacenan energía durante el día. El agua caliente funciona mediante un termo eléctrico; en caso de vaciarlo completamente, sólo hay que esperar unos 30 minutos para que vuelva a estar operativo de nuevo. No existe instalación de gas en la casa, lo cual es una medida de seguridad en sí misma.

It has everything you need for a comfortable stay: air conditioning, perfect for maintaining the ideal temperature throughout the year, TV, equipped kitchen, dining area with table and chairs, suitable for the maximum capacity of the accommodation, and full bathroom equipped with everything you need for your trip. Rest area: the main bed has bedside tables on both sides and nearby sockets, ideal for charging devices without leaving your resting place. Space for your luggage: the room has a wardrobe where you can organize your clothes and belongings in a practical way during your stay. Services for families with babies: If you are traveling with a baby, we offer additional equipment to make your stay more comfortable: Crib: available for an additional €30. High chair: available for an additional €20. If you need both, the combined price is €40 (cot €30 + high chair €10). Remember to request these services in advance so that we can prepare them properly before your arrival. Please note: Noisy parties or gatherings are not permitted. No more people than those indicated in the reservation may stay in the room. Beds and towels are provided according to the number of confirmed guests. Please turn off the lights and air conditioning when you leave and take out the trash daily (there are bins outside the building). The room must be left tidy upon departure.

Estudio de unos 40 metros cuadrados con habitación doble independiente, baño independiente y salón comedor. Todas las estancias con mucha luz y ventilación, con calefacción y aire acondicionado en todas las estancias. En el salón hay un sofá cama doble muy cómodo. Cocina totalmente equipada para hacer vida normal. El estilo de la decoración y la iluminación le dan al espacio una calidez especial, rematada por el piso de tarima. En las fotos se aprecian unas macetas con plantas desde el salón. No es un balcón ni una terraza. La puerta que accede al espacio de las plantas debe permanecer cerrada por seguridad (ver la descripción de servicios comunes para consultar instrucciones sobre el uso del garaje). Apartamento especialmente agradable para familias, parejas o bien personas que visiten la ciudad por motivo de negocio. Son bienvenidas las personas y las familias de cualquier origen y condición.
