Great stay with Rodger. Peaceful area with plenty of parking, very close to Birmingham/ Solihull.

It was very stressful when my wife was admitted to hospital but this property was exactly what we needed as a family base. A nice quiet street, near to Coombe Country Park for my morning walk and also got to see the cathedral which was amazing. Overall very clean, comfortable and homely - thank you!

Gailyn's accommodation was just what I needed while travelling for work. Clean & tidy property. Gailyn was great to talk with as well.

Really lovely stay. As stated, this is the owners' home, so the property was incredibly well-stocked with everything you could need, as well as plush new sofas, carpet and mattresses when we visited. A luxury feel throughout, with considerate touches (e.g. water bottles and glasses on trays in bedrooms, huge bath towels, little treat on arrival and food to get started in fridge), making us feel "well-hosted"! I found the instructions and labels very helpful and there was a spirit of welcoming and generosity from Christine. We settled in quickly and were very comfortable. Very spacious rooms, great shower pressure (only used upstairs), parking available on the drive and road, lovely area with nearby parks and playgrounds for kids; two TVs in two separate living areas, so handy if you have kids and adults with different tastes/needing more space! Always swift communication and a pleasure to deal with.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Music House. It is a very clean and comfortable place to stay, and Chris is an excellent host. He has lots of great recommendations for things to do and places to eat in Birmingham and it’s surrounds. Chris is a great guy and we would gladly stay again.

The apartment was stunning and impeccably clean, located in a fantastic area in Solihull with excellent transport links, restaurants, shops, and more nearby. The host went above and beyond to ensure every need was met. If you’re planning to book in Solihull, this place is undoubtedly at the top of my list!

Great Airbnb, the host is very helpful, gave me very clear and easy to follow instructions how to get to the place, it has allocated parking spot, but it’s also literally 10min walk from the main train station, the view from the windows is very nice, little boats passing by, water, very peaceful, the flat has everything you need, the bed is comfortable, kitchen has all utensils, pots and pans, I’m very satisfied and I would definitely recommend. An ideal spot for night before the wedding at Warwick house. The Sonos surround speakers were the highlight, blasting out tunes while getting ready for the big day! Breakfast goodies were much appreciated and saved us having to go out and get bits in. Great for kids too, the tv and games kept them entertained!

Had a wonderful stay. The flat is stunning and have taken a lot of inspiration for my own. I love how close it is to the train station, town centre and gardens which we enjoyed using. We had everything we needed the kitchen is kitted out so we made food there instead. I would definitely stay here again!

Spotlessly clean, everything as described and looked like pictures. Had everything we needed for a 2 nights stay. Very quiet neighborhood. Would definitely stay again.

Perfect for what we needed while at the NIHL play-off finals. A little further out than some places but easily walkable from the skydome, and included a simple breakfast which was a nice touch. Thanks!

A lovely wecoming family with a beautiful home. We had everything we needed, with a lovely stocked larder for making our own simple breakfast and they were very responsive to our needs. It was perfectly placed to visit the local National Trust properties and to also catch the train into Birmingham. In the evening we enjoyed a strolling round their gorgeous grounds.

Loved Dawns place. It was cosy and warm absolutely spotlessly clean, smelt lovely too, everything you could possibly need and more. What a wonderful thoughtful host.

Another year and another stay with Mick and Maxine - amazing hosts, so polite and generous with everything they do for guests. If you need to stay in Solihull and go to the NEC, this is the place to stay. I'll be back again next year, same time, without question!

Nick & Dipika were great hosts and the accommodation was like a home from home. I loved all the Cottage decorations and the flowers on the table in the kitchen/dining room. In the midst of the current chaos of COVID the attention to cleanliness was greatly appreciated - the hand sanitiser in the lounge and kitchen/diner, masks in the lounge and disinfectant wipes and spray throughput. I felt very safe. I also appreciated the food available for breakfasts as well as fresh milk. A great experience and superb value for money. The next time I am in the area I will definitely return.
