The property is Right next to the tea estate, amazingly maintained, beautifully kept the European essence. Best for family of 5-7 members. They have huge balcony, spacious rooms, decent kitchen/study/living space. Overall Loved the support and hospitality. Nishant is a gem… he really went out of the way to help us. Note- google Maps doesn’t work accurately here, do not follow Gmaps… I strongly recommend to stay in constant touch with host while coming here.

Our stay was incredible, the house and property are truly beautiful and better than described. The house is spacious and comfortable. I will say that my husband and I traveled around India for 3+ weeks and Deepu's home was the only one with consistent, amazing hot water in the showers. Everything is sustainable, grown from the earth, and thoughtfully crafted. Deepu, Sanita, and Shijo were amazing hosts who were very responsive, kind, caring, and invested in us enjoying our time there. They went above and beyond to ensure this. Shijo is amazing cook and a wonderful, giving person as well. Thank you so much for having us and we hope to return one day! Lots of love, Diviya and Jamie

loved the two days me and my family spent there, Aby uncle was such a good host ,helped us with everything and was very friendly as well! Really good place for a family get away spot! definitely would recommend!

Lovely and peaceful place to get rid of the stressful life and work. Beautiful place with a well maintained garden and feels like home. Mr Ashwin and his father(who is a very friendly and humble person) hosted us like their own family. A place with privacy and a good vibe. I would highly recommend to everyone to try this place. Its nearby to all the tourist attractions and locations. I guarantee that you will want to come back again and again. Will surely come back whenever me and my wife is in Kerala. I would like to thank the host and his family for the lovely stay amd hospitality they provided.

I had a fantastic stay as Joshy's place. Joshy was very kind to provide us a very a detail description about the surroundings and restaurants nearby. The location was very serene. I would highly recommend this place

First of all I would like to thank Jinu and her family for providing such a good hospitality. They were too friendly, felt like a family. The stay was amazing, didn't felt any difficulty. Kids enjoyed a lot roaming around the property, playing and swimming in the pool. If someone need privacy and peace, then this the place you're looking for. I will definitely visit that place once again.

Our family had an amazing stay at On The Rocks. The location is serene and beautiful. The cottage is perched up on the hill true to its name “On the Rocks” and offer an amazing view to the mountains through its big glass windows. The caretaker, Rashiq is very friendly and hospitable. We loved his home cooked meals and knowledgeable of the location. Highly recommended and would love to go back!

We took a private pool cottage with two bedrooms for our family of 5 including two kids. The cottage was neat, private and the pool was the right size for the kids. The pool was also maintained well. The food was homely and tasty and was reasonable price. There was a small water fall and a stream inside the property. They are still developing the property and it would have been nice to have. a small hike in the property with pathways through the cardamom plantations. They gave coupons for us to the nearby vagamon heights adventure park which was also great and did some activities there Vipin , the caretaker was always available on phone. He was very pleasant and always ready to help with all our needs. A great place for a family vacation

This is the first time I went to Kerela and this stay will be in my heart, there is breathtaking view from the stay and a very beautiful sunrise. This stay made our trip very calm and peaceful. The owner is very helpful and very receiving. He was guiding for food places , sight seeing places. Overall this stay was one of the special thing in our trip.
