Villa of 200 sq.m. with stunning sea view just 300m. from the beautiful sandy beach in the resort of Anavyssos on the southern coast of the Athenian Riviera. Our house is a wonderful ensemble of a large house in the traditional Greek style, surrounded by verandas along its perimeter and a huge yard of 2 thousand sq. m. with a lawn and a pine park. In the yard there is a barbecue area, a tennis table, a shower and plenty of space for children and adults to play, as well as a large parking lot .

Koni’s house has a private use swimming pool with sunbeds and a breathtaking view. It has a bedroom with a double bed. In the living room there is a sofa that it can be a double bed as well. Also the kitchen and the bathroom are fully equipped. The house provides Wi-Fi. Saronida is close to the center of Athens and 30 minutes away from the airport. It is a seaside suburb of the Athens Riviera with beaches, restaurants and coffee shops. It is close to Sounio and has access to public transport.
